- 925 sq. ft. condo with 2 bedrooms (king & queen beds) and 1.5 bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with icemaker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dinnerware, and utensils (no spices)
- Washer, dryer, living and dining areas, and a balcony
- Accommodates 4 adults; Pack and Plays available for a fee (upon request)
- Beach access directly across the street
Fees
- Resort Fee: $15 per night + tax (includes two bottled waters, pool/beach towel service, ice machine, Wi-Fi, and one reserved parking space)

- Guests must be 25+ years old with a valid photo ID
- A security deposit is required at check-in via credit card
