Located in Palm Beach Gardens, this apartment is part of a triplex. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 full bed and 1 queen bed, it offers a nice and cozy space for guests. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. In addition, the living room provides an additional space with a comfortable sofa bed. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like a large outside pool, a combo BBQ grill (half charcoal half gas) a hair dryer, iron, AC, washer and dryer, and heating - if ever needed. Fall in love with Palm Beach Gardens and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
FYI parties of any kind with group of invited guests (birthday, new years, graduation, etc) will come at a $200 extra fee. Prior approval needed.

My experience was very pleasant. A cozy, very quiet apartment in an excellent location. The apartment had everything needed to meet all our needs. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the pool because my itinerary didn't allow it. But to summarize, my stay was excellent; a very quiet and safe place for my family.

I really enjoyed my stay here, my guest that was invited over for my fiancé 60th birthday event really enjoyed the scenery they asked for information and the website to book this location again. I will definitely be back again i live in west palm beach so this is not to far from home i loved it.

Everything we needed

Comfortable, convenient location to malls, groceries, beaches and more. Safe, quiet. We were there for a competition and the property was a nice place to return to after a long day.

We were in the area to avoid hurricane Milton. The house was clean and well maintained. We'll consider staying here when we visit the area for a vacation.

The place is nice. Some neighboring property not so well kept but not a big deal. Used the kitchen a lot. Need to account for the lack of a dishwasher, otherwise reasonably well equipped. We didn't actually use the pool, but spent some time outdoors using the grill.The pool looked nice. A couple minutes with the skimmer and it would have been perfectly clean. Washer/dryer frustrating because the day I wanted to use it the neighbors had it occupied. There are a variety of stores nearby. For actual "shopping" you'd neet to go down the road a few miles.For the price, really no complaints.

Property was in a very good location and the inside was very clean.However, the listing stated that there was a pool to use and the day before our stay I was informed by the host that the outside area was under renovation and would be a bit messy. When we got there, the outside area was repulsively dirty with dried cat poop on the back porch and the pool completely unkept.The majority of the reason that we reserved this place to stay was because of the use of the pool so I find not only the timing of the notification but also the uncleanliness to be unacceptable.

They say they're thriving for comfort and joy suggestions so here it is, *throw out old opened and expired food in the cabinets and fridge, clear out dresser drawers, make sure the pool is functioning and usable, dispose of any dead cockroaches, provide a vacuum that you don't need to ask for, another trash can for outside, clean up the back patio, if the back door lock isn't functioning properly, fix that and respond to the renters messages. That said it's a very nice place in a very convenient area. The towels are very soft and quality toilet paper was provided. There's two washer dryer combos right outside the back door on the patio with detergent and softener also provided. There are cats that roam around the patio which we enjoyed but some others may be allergic. The small backyard felt private and there's a grill with propane hooked up which was a plus. There is a very nice pool IF it were working and clean. That was one of the main selling points for me and we did not get to enjoy it. I feel ripped off. Which I have been, with no concern from the renter.

It was one of the best we ve stayed at! My dog had plenty of fun, beds so comfortable and shower wonderful and shampoo & conditioner is the best. Kornel has more than enough amenities & supplies available plus some little xtra gadgets I found very interesting that I’m going to invest & buy, neighbors friendly she even gave my dog a Xmas toy, I walked my dog every night, & so close to Publix , and many stores,beach,restaurants, this was hidden gem we didn’t expect! Don’t miss out , this is a wonderful stay for a great time in Florida , will be returning !
