The resort will be undergoing exterior renovation to our West Wind Building from Nov. 2024 – Apr. 2025. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odors and work crews. Dates are subject to change.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit.

This is a non-smoking resort.

A $250 security deposit will be required at check-in, secured with a credit card.

Front desk hours are 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Saturday – Thursday, and 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Fridays.

Before check-in, please provide the name and address of the primary guest, which must match the photo ID presented at check-in.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.

Room assignments are made at check-in. Please note that room layouts and furniture may vary from photos.

The resort is responsible for unit maintenance and may alter or close amenities due to COVID-19 or other factors. KOALA ensures your check-in and unit category but is not responsible for the condition of the unit or resort services.

For any issues after check-in, please contact resort management directly.
Review the cancellation policy before booking, as no refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline for any reason, including COVID-19 (except for full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.
