Final Steps to confirm your Reservation

To confirm your booking, please complete our guest verification process online within 24 hours of making your Reservation.

You`ll receive a text or email from our partner, Truvi, with a link to complete these steps. These measures are designed to ensure your safety and enhance your stay. Celebrations & Guests

We love hosting celebrations like family gatherings, birthdays, or bridal parties at Miami Pool Oasis, provided all attendees are listed on your Reservation. However, parties involving outside guests not listed on your Reservation, service providers, DJs, or bands are prohibited. We use noise detectors to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone; unregistered individuals may result in cancellation and a $1,000 charge.

No Smoking

Kindly refrain from smoking anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors—we have detectors in place.

Pets

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with pre-approval, a $35/night/dog fee, and a $500 refundable pet deposit. Please ensure dogs are not left unattended and are leashed or under control. We will assume that any dog on the property is your dog. We apologize, but no other pets are permitted.

There`s no pet fee for service dogs—please let us know if you`re bringing one.

Same Day Booking Security Deposit

If you make your reservation for the same day you arrive at the Miami Pool Oasis, we will place a $1,500 hold on your credit card as a security deposit via the guest portal. This deposit will be returned to your card one day after departure. Any damages, missing items, fees, unauthorized guests, or pets will be deducted from that fee. Cancellations made by the guest or resulting from their actions are charged a 6% payment processing fee.

Security Deposit: We will place a $1,000 hold on the credit card to cover any damages. It is refunded the day after departure.

Please do not bring rubber mats for our bathtubs. To keep the tubs in great condition, we have them refinished from time to time, but the rubber on the mats damages the finish, and fixing them is expensive.
