Strategically located to make the most of the scenery of Ferradura Beach, this house offers a unique experience of tranquillity and connection with nature. The swimming pool is private and overlooks the sea.
Room layout:
Bedroom 1 - suite - 1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed + TV + ceiling fan + air conditioning + balcony with 2 hammocks and sea view + bathroom
Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed + 1 single bed + TV + ceiling fan + balcony with a view + bathroom in the corridor
Bedroom 3 - 1 double bed + 1 single bed + TV + ceiling fan + balcony with a view + bathroom in the corridor
Bedroom 4 - small room off the house with bathroom - 1 double bed + ceiling fan
Casa Panorâmica da Ferradura is located on the most popular beach in Búzios. It takes 2 minutes to reach the sand on foot. Ferradura Beach offers kiosks for eating and rentals of pedal boats, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and banana boats.
The city center and Rua das Pedras are a 5-minute drive away.
Delivery services for food, drinks, supermarkets, pharmacies and water are available on site.
Uber and cabs are easily available in the area.
IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside office hours.

The property is limited to 11 (eleven) people, including children.
