2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse unit with breathtaking views of the beach. Steps from the pool and beach, this renovated condo is equipped for your stay. Private, quiet and gated community near restaurants, grocery store, convenience store, shopping and golf. Highlights:
- Abundant Natural Light
- Updated Kitchen
- Spacious sectional facing a large 55” flat-screen TV
- Master Suite: king-sized bed, 55” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Guest Bedroom: one twin bed and a full over full bunk bed (plus twin trundle) and plenty of storage
-Secure gated parking lot
-Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels included for up to 6 guests
Rentals subject to $150 non-refundable HOA application fee and approval. Renter(s) and Owners must execute short term rental agreement to be submitted to HOA as part of application.
