Our 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Moose Mountain retreat, Kingston House, is on 8 private acres with countless amenities. Located only 5 miles from Silver Mountain, this home has easy access to a plethora of winter and summer activities.

This secluded, sprawling estate boasts 2 spacious living areas perfect for gathering, a rec room complete with a pool table, and a grand central kitchen. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there's ample space for everyone and the home sleeps 21! The bedrooms include a primary ensuite and three spacious rooms with queen beds and bunks for the kids. Step outside to enjoy sweeping views from the expansive back deck or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

Step outside to explore the extensive grounds, perfect for hiking and nature walks. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
