This stunning Habersham home is the perfect blend of modern convenience and southern hospitality. With all the necessary furnishings and living tools, it`s the ideal spot for both short and long-term stays. Relax on the traditional front porch, take in the charming small-town vibes of Habersham, and explore everything the beautiful South Carolina Low Country has to offer.

Step inside the spacious 1600 sq. ft. home and be greeted by the inviting living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast bar is perfect for casual meals, and the modern master bath boasts twin vanity sinks and a frameless shower for ultimate relaxation. Head upstairs to find two additional bedrooms for your convenience.

Make the most of the wonderful amenities Habersham has to offer, including a large community pool, tennis courts, and pickleball. The nearby marketplace provides plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, and don`t miss the chance to explore the gorgeous Hunting Island State Park Beach or the famous Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Bluffton and Hilton Head are just a short drive away, while Savannah and Charleston make for great day trips.

Habersham amenities include a large community pool, tennis courts, pickleball and a great marketplace providing shopping and dining opportunities. Close-by attractions include Hunting Island State Park Beach, Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Bluffton, South Carolina as well as Hilton Head South Carolina. Savannah, George is within 40 miles and Charleston, South Carolina is about an hours drive.
There are many cottage homes nearby so we ask you to curb loud music, etc. that would impact residents. Quiet hours extend from 11 P.M. to 7:00 daily. Please advise us if you are traveling with a boat or other watercraft as Habersham has special overnight policies on this.
Pets allowed based upon prior prior approval (Pet fee charged at reservation or at arrival if not disclosed initially by guest). If traveling with children, please indicate on the reservation.

Beautiful property and amazing hosts. The house was clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend staying here. Super convenient to Parris Island for anyone attending Marine Corps graduations. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway with awesome hosts!

Habersham is a beautiful community and the house is great. Faith and Jeffrey were great hosts. Would highly recommend this rental!

Habersham Getaway

Love the property, Habersham is great quiet neighborhood. Location was close to market area for food and Italian ice. Property was clean lovely property. Jeff and Faith were prompt with communication and help when needed. One suggestion, more towels would be great (both pool and bath), and primary bedroom bed has a very loud creaking sound whenever someone got into or out of bed.

Excellent property in the beautiful Habersham neighborhood.

We had an amazing time staying at the 1 Abbey Row residence for a full month, which gave us the chance to truly experience the neighborhood and explore the surrounding area. The home was a perfect base for our stay, with plenty of great restaurants and scenic spots nearby.Faith and Jeff, the homeowners, were incredible hosts who clearly take great care of the property. They were easily reachable for any questions or concerns. The home was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—lots of linens, towels, a well-equipped kitchen, fantastic TVs, and strong Wi-Fi.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others! One thing to note: if you're visiting in the warmer months, definitely bring bug spray, as the small bugs can be an issue when spending time outdoors.

Jeff and group visited our Abbey house for a military graduation at Parris Island. Delightful guests. We hope to have them back.

Faith and Jeff Lewis are originally from the East Coast (NY) and Midwest (Ill.) and have lived in Habersham for several years. We enjoy tennis, walking and interfacing with our customers. We have two dogs which keep us busy. Faith still is involved with nursing and Jeff is a college instructor.

We were attracted to Habersham by the beautiful and diverse housing available plus the beautiful surroundings near the Broad River. We enjoy the friendly people.

For parties of up to six, we think our low country home presents a great value in terms of space and amenities. The home is barely two years old which is a great plus. We emphasize cleanliness and customer communication.
