We recommend visiting Jaguar Park, one of the new public access points to the beach. From there, you can walk directly to the white sand and turquoise sea. We suggest checking the entrance fee in advance, as it may vary.

This sleek, modern, second level condo is located in the new residential development of Aldea Zama. It has double-controlled access and 24-hour surveillance and offers tranquility, security, and convenience. The beach is only a 10—to 15-minute drive away, and there are a wide variety of restaurants, bars, spas, convenience stores, and more nearby! Don’t feel like going out? No worries! There’s a beautiful pool surrounded by cushioned lounge chairs perfect for relaxing the day away. You’ll also find a charcoal BBQ in the common area where you can grill up some tasty treats for your group.

The moment you walk in, you'll feel like you're at home. Kick back in the cozy sitting room, where you can watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Big glass doors open right up to your own patio and pool—how cool is that? Whip up yummy meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, munch snacks at the breakfast bar, or dine inside or outside. For added convenience, the condo has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

Ready for a snooze? The big master bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed, its own bathroom, and doors that lead straight to the patio and pool. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen-sized bed and two single beds. Finally the living room also has a sofa bed, so up to 7 people can stay comfortably. Both rooms are decked out with soft cotton sheets, fluffy pillows, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and shades to keep it nice and dark for bedtime.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

Bicycles are available at the condominium free of charge, subject to availability. However, please note that if a bicycle is lost or goes missing, there will be a replacement fee of 2,500 pesos.

The property is about 120 km | 75 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) or 43 km | 27 mi from the new Tulum airport. Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Once in Tulum, you can easily rent bikes and scooters to get around, plus there are always taxis available. There’s parking onsite that is first-come, first-serve.

Nearby Construction
Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise. The property may experience occasional electricity and WiFi outages.

Cleaning & Linens
For stays of 28 nights or longer, we include a complimentary cleaning and linen change every 15 days. If you prefer a more frequent change, we can gladly arrange this for an additional $30 USD per service charge.

Access Replacement
Loss or non-return of keys: $500 MXN fee.

Agreement and Security Deposit
When confirming your reservation or at check-in, we will ask you to sign a vacation rental agreement for your stay.
In some cases, depending on the platform used, a security deposit by credit card may be required, which will be refunded 7 days after your departure if everything is in order.

House Rules
- Guests must be 21 or older to book.
- Smoking is prohibited on the property, as is the use of recreational drugs. Failure to comply will result in a $300 USD fine.
- Parties, events, and illegal activities are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, but we ask that excessive noise be avoided at all times.
- Only the people registered on the reservation are allowed to stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.
- Government identification is required at check-in and may be requested again during the stay if ID verification is required.
- Pets are not allowed
- Please respect the residential complex rules to maintain community harmony.
