Welcome to Rooftop Relaxation! A short walk to the square and and just 30 miles outside of Nashville! Our modern, spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is suitable for up to 8 guests! Close to many local shops and restaurants, this townhome has everything that you need in order to have a comfortable stay while experiencing all Middle Tennessee has to offer! After a day of exploring with friends or family, enjoy your favorite TV show in our comfortable living room or soak up the sun on the rooftop! Everyone has their own space- each bedroom has an attached private bathroom. Our townhome features all the amenities to make your stay convenient and comfortable.
Floor 1: Enter from the garage. Room one is on the 1st floor. This room has a queen bed, 40 inch Smart TV, and a private attached bathroom with granite counter and tile shower.
Floor 2: Fully equipped kitchen with dining table that seats 6 and bar area that seats 2. Typical spices, sugar, salt and pepper, and oil are provided along with essentials such as foil and coffee filters for the dual drip/K cup compatible coffee pot. The living room is complete with sofa (queen bed pull-out), office workspace, and balcony. Entertaining is a breeze with 65 inch Smart TV.
Floor 3: There are two bedrooms on this floor. The washer and dryer are in the hallway. Bedroom 1 has a King bed with a 50 inch smart TV and attached, private bathroom with shower/tub combination. The other bedroom also has a King bed with a 50 inch smart TV and attached, private bathroom with dual vanities and tile shower.
Floor 4: This is the rooftop patio. There is a dining table for 6 guests with outdoor living furniture to seat 4 guests. Finally, there is a 60 inch smart TV and fireplace for entertaining.
PARKING: Guests may park up to 2 compact vehicles on property in the garage only. The garage accommodates up to 2 compact vehicles or 1 large vehicle. There is no parking available in the driveway. Guests cannot block neighbor's vehicles or garages or otherwise block egress from the driveway, or they will be towed. Street parking is available on Church St. about a block away.
*Indoor Fireplace is non-operational.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable damage deposit of $300 will be charged as a "hold" on the credit card used to make the reservation. The hold will begin 10 days prior to arrival, and it will drop off 3 days after departure if there is no damage. Please note that this charge will not be included in the total listed on booking platforms. The $300 is in addition to the final/total cost of the reservation.
CLEANING FEE: $150
CAMERAS: We have two exterior security cameras. One is mounted on the garage door overlooking the driveway. The other is a doorbell camera located at the front door. Both are motion activated, continually monitored, and are capable of recording motion and sound.
*Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement immediately after booking. Guests will have 24hours to sign the rental agreement. Host may cancel the reservation if guest does not sign the rental agreement within 24 hours after booking.
* We utilize e-signature software that will require guests to enter their email address and mailing address. This is not for marketing purposes, but is to ensure that fraudulent bookings do not occur.
