The 11-acre Solana Guest Ranch & Spanish Villas estate is perfect for accommodating large families, friends, biking or golf groups, wellness retreats, or corporate gatherings. Come enjoy the Spanish charm of our historic-style villas, relax in the heated pool, play a game of pickleball, or unwind in the peaceful surroundings.



The Space:

Solana Spanish Villas in Tucson, AZ is an ideal location for larger groups. Set among a mature Mesquite tree Bosque and historic 150-year-old eucalyptus trees, the property offers a tranquil retreat filled with unique vegetation and beautifully shaded spaces throughout. With this rental, guests enjoy access to our expansive 11-acre property along with a wide range of amenities designed for comfortable group gatherings.



ACCOMMODATIONS

Our charming Tanque Verde vacation retreat is ideal for large groups and can comfortably accommodate up to 35 guests (40 with sleeper sofas and trundles).

Additional lodging for up to 60 guests are available. Please coordinate with the host in advance.

We love hosting celebrations! The property offers beautiful outdoor venue spaces ideal for weddings, retreats, reunions, and special gatherings.

Site Fees & Inclusions: Event site fees vary by event type and size and include tables, chairs, linens, setup, and takedown for convenience. (Inquire for custom quote)

Food & Beverage: Catering and bar service are provided in-house with curated menus and packages. (Outside catering, bar services & DJ's are not permitted.)

Amenities: Multiple restrooms are available for event guests.

Quiet Hours: All events must conclude by 10:00 PM in accordance with local noise ordinances.

Airbnb Policy Compliance: Events are permitted only with prior approval and must follow Airbnb’s event guidelines.

Solana Spanish Villas operates as a guest ranch, and all Villas and Casitas share the communal amenities and outdoor spaces, including the pool. Each Villa and Casita has its own fully enclosed interior space and patio area for guest enjoyment. The host/homeowner lives onsite in a separate residence and is available if needed.



Guest Access:

Check-in details are emailed 24 hours before arrival. Each villa is equipped with coded access lock systems for convenient self check-in.
