@stayinwhittier Guest unit 2x bedroom 1x bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second room has two Twins,. (Queen optional) Central air/ heat HVAC, fully furnished kitchen, parking for two cars. This space is comfortable for 2x adults and 2x kids. Ideal for a family of four. Pets are not typically allowed, but I have made exceptions . This space can be made into a five bedroom, three bathroom house. NO Party's -Immediate termination.

Centrally located
この宿泊施設の特徴
This is the most unique STR in the Area. I have an acre, with 2x homes, and can be rented as a compound. We have had construction company's rent the whole property. We have had studio's eent the property for space. There are RV ports available. Please ask me for details and pricing. I will be 100% transparent. This is not a diacount property. Please do not ask for a low ball rate. This property is consistantly rentes for above asking daily rate. I like longer term commitmnets. I work well insurance adjuaters and termporary housing agency's
