Charming 3 bed 2 bath home, game & laundry room hot tub in hocking foothills

Newly Renovated! This home has close access to the 33 bi pass, and is on a scenic setting in Lancaster Ohio. We have this home set up for your next get away to Lancaster or the Hocking Hills region. The upper floor has an open floor plan with a recently upgraded kitchen, comfortable beds, a deck with table set overlooking the wooded and private back yard. There are is a staircase from lower level to reach the First Floor* 3 bedrooms are on the first floor with the master having private access to 1st floor bath. On the lower level (where you will enter home and park vehicle) you'll find several games and activities; a full bath and laundry room, Air Hockey, Foosball and game table, and to top it off ample seating in a comfortable great room with a full sofa sleeper. Out back: a 6 person hot tub, back deck, charcoal grill and sandstone steps that take you to the fire pit. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a 6-8 person hot tub, AC, Smart Tvs in all living and bedrooms, Internet with high speed WiFi, laundry room with washer and dryer. Fall in love with Lancaster and enjoy the magic Hocking Hills has to offer.

A "Starter* of the following items will be provided:
a roll of paper towels, 4-6 individual coffee pods, dish soap and 4 dishwasher pods, toilet paper and trash bags will be provided in kitchen and bathrooms.
Recommended items to bring: charcoal and firewood if using fire pit or grill, for stays more than 3 days, extra paper towels and toilet paper, laundry soap, and toiletries for personal use.

Great location, beautiful home

Enjoyed our time here, and it was centrally located to Amish country, Hocking Hills hikes, and historic towns like Lancaster. Great place to visit and we enjoyed our time here.

This was a very lovely place to stay! The house was beautiful and very clean and very well maintained! The hot tub was very lovely. My kiddos loved all the entertainment that was available. The only "con" would be that there is neighbors. I was hoping for a little more seclusion. But would definitely still stay again. It was secluded enough that it wouldn't deter me. Check on and out was super easy and quick. Host answered my questions through vrbo in a timely manner.

Loved this house!!!! The pics don’t do it justice. The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked well, and the basement and hot tub were our favorite!! That was the best hot tub I’ve been in! The host was great and we’d definitely come back!! We did Old man’s cave and 58 west for dinner and came back to the house to enjoy. The perfect girls get away!

Wonderful stay

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Even when our outdoor plans didn’t work out due to rain, we still had plenty to keep us entertained at the house. We especially loved the hot tub and air hockey. All rooms and beds were very comfortable and house was very clean and updated.

Usually you have 1 thing that doesn't suit you, but not this property! Everything about this rental was great check-in to checkout! Excellent modern facilities, very clean and was well worth the money. There was just my wife and I but there is plenty of room for a family. And there are plenty of games to keep the kids busy. Would definitely rent this again.

We were particularly impressed by the owner's attention to guest seating and sleeping comfort, cleanliness of the entire property and the quality of the bed linens and bath towels. Set in a wooded area, the home's elevated deck was a favourite space to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of birds and insects.

Great location, wonderful property

We were visiting several sites in the area Columbus and Hocking Hills. This was a great location for all of it. Wonderful rooms and beds and everything clean and easy.

This house is a fantastic place to stay. The location was simple to get to and easy to find. The pictures spoke accurately to what the house looked like. Melinda was FANTASTIC to work with. Her communication was always prompt. My family really enjoyed our time there.

This rental has it all!! The host was very quick to respond to my questions. The house was so clean and beautifully furnished, down to the thoughtful details like extra outdoor seating, full size toiletries in the bathrooms, and lots and lots of fluffy pillows, blankets and towels. There was plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The game area in the basement was a nice touch. We had a wonderful experience here.

Great, clean and amenity filled VRBO....in the hills of central Ohio...beautiful setting and very comfortable accommodations. Nicely decorated and renovated...pictures are representative of the decor and amenities. Nice hot tub and peaceful setting made this place one for the re-visit list. Great location if you are motorcycling the Ohio 555 loop. Town of Lancaster is very nice as well (older victorian homes and a thriving downtown (good restaurants and bars).

This weekend was one of the most incredible trips of my life. We had so much fun together! The house itself was super amazing, but the hot tub and fire pit made it an exceptional time! There was so much privacy being in the best location.We took an uber into town for fairly cheap, and old man’s cave wasn’t too far to visit. Plenty of parking, comfortable sleeping accommodations and the full kitchen…there aren’t enough words. This was a 50/10 star experience for us. So relaxing and well needed girl time! BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!Would 150% recommend, and WILL be returning!!!Owner communication was on point, and accommodations couldn’t have been better!

Girls Trip

We loved this place! Came with friends just for a weekend getaway, hosts were very quick to respond to any needs we had. The location was perfect and the house had a great layout for a group of friends or for families. We all discussed that we would love to take our families back to this location!

House was nicely updated and decorated. Space was great with lots of room and seating. Open concept kitchen and family room was great, and the deck seating and space was an added bonus. Basement was large with nice furniture, big TV, game tables and laundry room. Bathrooms had good space and nice sized showers. This place would have been comfortable for a group for a long stay. It's about 30 minutes to Hocking Hills Welcome Center. A gem of a house in the winding rural roads with privacy to feel that you're having a real getaway.
