Welcome to Vacation Point. Lake Erie relaxation can go a long way at our ALL-NEW WATERFRONTS II condo on the FIRST FLOOR, just 20 steps away from attractions like a private beach, pool, hot tub, playground, grills, and green space.

This is your opportunity to stay in a PRIME Waterfronts II location with new flooring, furniture, appliances, and linens.

Perfect for a couple's getaway or family vacation, we completely remodeled this condo in 2024 for our comfort-- and yours! It has a cozy bedroom with a KING bed as well as a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room and a FULL daybed in the sunroom.

You'll also find all the essentials, including AC, Smart TV with cable, WiFi, top-of-the-line appliances, and more!

You’ll never want to leave with lakeside attractions like a private beach, pool, hot tub, and playground, but you’re also within walking distance of many local attractions, boutique shopping downtown, and a variety of restaurants. Also enjoy world-class fishing, boating, beaches, entertainment, and more throughout your stay in charming Port Clinton.

**NOTE** This is a first-floor condo, but there are some steps to navigate. The back entry (lake side) has 2 small concrete steps. The front entry (parking lot side) has a wooden flight of stairs going up and then back down into the unit for approximately 15 total stairs. All first-floor units have this same configuration.

Access to the property was super easy and once we were in and situated we had a wonderful stay! The owners were excellent with communication and the property was better than we expected. The location to the pool and beach was great, especially with a 7 year old. It was easy to run back to the condo for anything we needed or just to eat and cool off. Being able to walk to downtown was also convenient, we enjoyed the little coffee shop and Docks a couple times!! We are already talking about coming back next year!

We have stayed in port Clinton many times and this was by the far the best!!!!! The location was a 10. It was walkable to a great restaurant Docks, very close to the jet express and pretty much anything else you would need. The pool was a 10/10 along with the property being right on the beach.The condo was completely updated, new and clean. We felt very comfortable and had a great stay. We hope to be able to stay here for all future trips.

Picture perfect!

We had a fabulous stay here. The condo is newly renovated with state of the art furnishings. Equipped with everything you need. Black out curtains were great with littles. Condo is perfectly situated right off the pool and lake. This community has everything you need for a great time. Thanks again!
