Welcome to our modern apartment in a private, secure, and peaceful residence!

The apartment is fully renovated with all new appliances, including a queen-size bed, flat-screen smart TV, air conditioning, WiFi, a laundry machine, a bidet, and storage for your luggage.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy stunning views of the sunset, the pool, and even a glimpse of the sea. The private residence is accessible only by key or security guard, with security cameras for added safety.

Guests can relax in the shared garden, take a dip in the pool, lounge on the sunbeds, or use the communal BBQ area equipped with a fridge. Parking is available on the property as well.
