This Home has a lot of potential and History to it. It’s in a Safe and Quiet Neighborhood. Friendly and Respectful Neighbors and Community.

This Place has a lot to Offer with A Large Sectional Couch with A 75” Roku T.V, A Large Kicthen, Washer and Dryer, Pool Table, Large Spacious Bedroom with A Queen Bed and A 65” Roku T.V, Balcony and Patio with Grill, Fire Pit, Large Spacious Bathroom and Kitchen, Games and More. It’s in a Great Location and It’s Fenced in. There’s a 24/7 Gas Station Down the Road because This Property is Located Towards The Back Alley Way However, It’s Technically Across the Street, A Dollar General and A liquor Store on The Nearby corner. There are So Many Near by restaurants as well.
