We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules.

The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the pool, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware. Washer and dryer available in the building for a small fee.

Health, safety, and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each guest checks out. In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the area.

Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.

Our property is located near a popular bar, which contributes to the vibrant atmosphere of the area. However, guests may occasionally experience noise, particularly during the evening hours. We want to ensure you have a comfortable stay, so please take this into consideration before booking.

We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish.

As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection

One hallway closet will be locked and not accessible to guests as that is where we store our cleaning supplies and other essentials. Only our cleaning/maintenance team has access to that. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are various other closets and cabinets in the entire apartment to store your belongings.

Please note that there are some minor rust spots in the bathroom sink that cannot be removed. However rest assured the sink has been cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival

Please note the couch pullout mechanism is not functioning at this time and only sleeps 1 guest.

Please note that the bathtub has some chipped paint, and parts of the bathroom wall require recaulk. We are currently addressing these maintenance concerns

Ring security cameras located OUTSIDE of the unit by the front door and balcony sliding door. Records OUTDOOR video and sound for the duration of your stay. Noise monitor inside property measures decibel levels only.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Located just south of Lady Bird Lake, this dynamic district effortlessly blends the city's historic charm with its contemporary flair. There are also several parks in or near the neighborhood, as well as golf courses, hiking trails, coffee shops, and restaurants. The location is fantastic - right in the middle between Congress Bridge and SoCo shopping/restaurants, but the unit is located directly above a bar. The lodging is very basic - living room furniture could use updating, no coffee maker, and dishwasher was broken. The bathroom plumbing is challenging, as the bathtub does not drain well and fills with water in a matter of minutes.

Longhorn Football Family Trip

My wife and I brought our Daughters and one of their friends to the Longhorns game. Travelled in from NJ. Was able to walk to downtown Austin (6th St and Congress) where all the action is easily. Ubers were very familiar with the location as well so no issues. Property manager Kevin was really responsive and helpful. We had a great trip and the apartment made it possible!

We had a mixed experience with this stay. The location itself is great, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The price was also reasonable for the area, which we appreciated.That said, there were a few things that could have been clearer in the listing. The property is located directly across from a bar, which made it very difficult to sleep due to the noise. While this might appeal to some guests, it would have been helpful to have that detail disclosed so we could make an informed decision.The listing states it sleeps six, but there are only two beds. There is a couch, but it was uncomfortable and appeared to be broken, so it was not a realistic sleeping option. The furniture overall was quite basic.The bathroom tub did not drain well, although this was identified in the welcome information we received. When we were preparing to leave and stripped the beds as requested, we noticed that the mattress covers were stained, which was not a great impression.Overall, the stay was okay, mainly due to the location and the host’s responsiveness, but some improvements in accuracy of the listing and maintenance would make a big difference for future guests.

In terms of the bathtub, we have also made proper disclosure in the listing. Due to its age, it may drain more slowly than newer fixtures, but it is still fully functional and operates as normal. We also appreciate your comments about maintenance and cleanliness details, and we continuously work with our team to ensure the property is well maintained and guest-ready.
