The space

This spacious apartment is one of four recently remodeled units in this quadriplex. It features an open floor plan with a combined living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The living room sofa converts into a futon, this allows for additional space for one more person. With ample seating, it’s perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and spending quality time together.

Conveniently located, our apartment is just 4 minutes from the Amature Works and River Walk, 16. minutes from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino,  20 minutes from Busch Gardens, 28 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, 43 minutes from St. Pete Beach and 55 minutes from Clearwater Beach. The area offers numerous parks for biking, beaches, walking trails, playgrounds, and sports courts.

Inside, you'll find a 75" Smart TV in the living room equipped with Netflix and Hulu and all your favorite apps. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

Each of the two bedrooms feature double-sized beds and dresser storage. There is one full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen includes high-quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, cookware, utensils, and more. Enjoy morning coffee your way with using the combination Kureg or brew pot coffee maker.
