The cottage features all the essentials you need for a terrific stay, as well as a large porch and patio with a fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment.

* This newly renovated Cottage includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, including 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, it`s the perfect retreat for a small group of guests.
* The cottage features all the essentials you need for a terrific stay, such as an iron, washing machine, updated kitchen with a selection of coffee and tea provided, WiFi, and Smart TV.
*The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and basic toiletries.
* A laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience during longer stays.
* Great outdoor space with gas grill and fire pit to make wonderful memories during your stay.

1. No more than 4 guests are permitted overnight and the guest who makes the booking is responsible for any damages that may occur.
2. Please use caution with the gas grill and ensure it is turned off when not in use.
3. The Solo Stove fire pit is provided for your use. Please use with caution, especially with children present. You should not leave the fire unattended.
4. Please only park vehicles in the driveway, never on the street or in the lawn.
5. All trash must be placed in trash bags before putting in rolling trash bin located in the driveway. The recycling bin has a blue lid. Please only place paper products and cardboard in the recycling bin. No glass/plastic/metal.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Longleaf. It was spacious, emaculate and provided the best rest, day and night. The front porch was a great spot for morning coffee. We will stay here again when visiting family in Summerville.

Longleaf cottage is a perfect rental. in a very quiet neighborhood, easy walk to azalea park. The rental was Very clean and updated. We enjoyed the front porch. The beds are comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. We felt like we were at home!

This was by far one of the cleanest homes I have rented! Everything was spotless and I did not need to clean anything at all!The check in process was very easy. The property managers responded back to me quickly. A 5 star stay for sure!!

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at this property and it never disappoints. The house is always neat and well-cleaned at check-in. The kitchen has everything you should need for food prep, however there are many restaurants nearby should you want to eat out. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided. The house is in easy walking distance to Summerville. It is easily our favorite place to stay when we visit.

Not sure what else to say that I haven't said in previous reviews. The house is always as advertised and you can tell when you walk through the door that has been recently cleaned. The house is close to everything...either by foot or car. If you have little ones there are several parks nearby to enjoy. Holly is always quick to answer questions. This is our go to house in the area but is not always available since it is very popular. If you are fortunate enough to rent the house, please enjoy it

Lovely little cottage

Property was located in a quiet neighborhood and was well maintained. Inside was very clean and well furnished. Will definitely be using this place again in future visits.

The home was perfect! Exactly as depicted! The host was exceptional, snacks available at the house for our arrival, and very responsive when we had questions and they were very understanding when our flight was cancelled and rescheduled due to inclumate weather. I highly recommend this home for your next visit to the Charleston area.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is just as shown on VRBO. It is very clean and has all the amenities that should be needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and most of the houses appear well kept, with obvious recent upgrade work like new siding done. We will be staying here again.

Longleaf stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Longleaf! The location was perfect as we could walk to downtown Summerville for the Flowertown Festival! The home is beautiful and appears to be brand new. Very modern home with clean lines. Would stay there again!

Perfect location and great house!

This was the perfect space for our friend getaway to a tennis tournament. We enjoyed having a clean place to come back to over the weekend. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The location was perfect and there are plenty of restaurants around. We enjoyed walking around downtown Summerville which was just a short drive. Would stay here again!

This is a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay and hopefully there will be more to come. It is an easy walk to the Saturday farmer’s market and only slightly over a mile to Summerville itself, where there are numerous shops and restaurants. The house was, this time as well as last, extremely well cleaned and maintained. The host is easy to contact and replies quickly. We look forward to returning again.

Summerville rental. Walk to town

Great place in Summerville. Not too bad of a walk into town. If you have never been here it’s great. Cute shops , bars, restaurants. Nice house. Very comfortable and clean. Quiet street. About a 30- 40 min drive or uber ( 40) to Charleston.

Summerville is a very family friendly and hospitable town. Known as the 'Flowertown in the Pines', we enjoy calling it our home. The beautiful historic homes, many parks and convenience to Charleston and the beaches make it a great destination for a relaxing getaway.

We completed a total renovation of this property in 2023. There are very few modern homes in Summerville, so this Cottage is a standout in that regard. It is located on a quiet street, but within walking distance to Azalea Park and downtown Summerville.
