Get away from everyday life with this home away from home! Watch your kids splash in their own private pool while you've got your favourites on the BBQ! Your family will enjoy this beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with screened in pool!

Located on a quiet street, and is less than a 10 minute drive to a stretch of major shops and restaurants and only 20 minutes to the Disney area. Make your stay a "Suite" one with this villa from Suite Home Away PM

Accommodations comprises:

BEDROOM 1 & 2 - Queen Bed

BEDROOM 3 (MASTER) - King-size bed + ensuite with stand up shower

BEDROOM 4 - Single Bunk Beds and a Twin bed

HOUSE BATHROOM - is located between Bedrooms 1 & 2 and has a bath with shower and tub

LIVING AREA - Comfy Sectional , plasma TV/DVD and pool View

DINING AREA - Dining table with 8 chairs

KITCHEN - Fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockery and cutlery.

LAUNDRY ROOM - washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

POOL AREA - Lounge Chairs, Patio Table Set

Towels and Linen included.

The private pool heater is Not included with the stay. There is a separate fee of $25 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and it's required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. Must be requested with 24-hour advance notice. Pool heating takes some time to warm, so we will be turning the pool heater on a day in advance. If you request the pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee the water to be warm. The pool heat won't be turning the pool into a hot tub but will keep the water warm and usable. The pool heating fee is non-refundable.
- No parties or events
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. (unless approved by owner)
- No high volume music inside or outside, this is out of respect for the other residents and Neighbors
- Quiet time after 11 PM (this is a family community)
- No outdoor shoes allowed in the house.
- Absolutely no smoking in the house.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- Ensure that dishes are washed and put away before checking out.
- Garbage and Recycling to be bagged and left in garage.
- Only toilet paper down the toilet.
- Please leave the place as you found it
- Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close all windows and lock all doors.
- Any evidence of damage or excessive cleaning will result in a claim for costs to clean, repair or replace damage that occurred during your stay
- No glass around the pool
- Please ensure dry feet and shoes when entering back in the house from the pool

Great place to stay

Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood, the house was clean, the pool was awesome. The host were friendly and responsive. 10/10 will stay again!

Pool was great

House had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The property managers were great to work with and super easy to communicate. Busy neighborhood but was not noisy. Enjoyed our trip

Fantastisch, jederzeit wieder

Wir waren schon das zweite mal in diesem Haus Gast und fühlten uns wieder sehr wohl. Die Agentur war immer für uns da und die Kommunikation ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist Top, Parks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great Vacation Rental

Overall we had a really great stay at the vacation house for a week. It fit all six of us very comfortably. The kids loved the pool. My only disappointment was the old sheets used on the beds. You can tell they have used them for quite some time. But other than that the stay was excellent.

EAGLE POINTE VILLA

stayed in Disney’s forest view villa @ eagle pointe for 2 weeks. Had the best time ever . Villa was exceptional. Clean and tidy and many different themed rooms . 4 massive bedroom and two bathrooms. Living room and separate dining room. The pool was beautiful and we would highly recommend this to anyone it really made our two week holiday even more special thank you so much

Xmas & New Year 2022

Very easy check-in via lock box. Plenty of space for a family of 6 adults. Very friendly and helpful property management, quick to respond to our request for pool heat :). Pool area could do with a freshen up, as looking a little tired. Villa is close to all local amenities, and also to Universal Studios & Disney parks.

Nice stay but could use new mattresses

We had a nice stay and we had some issues with the television and they responded quickly. The mattresses are thin and could use new ones. We paid for a heated pool but it was still pretty cold. Overall the place had everything you needed and the location was a nice area

Filthy house!! DUST PILED HIGH

We reserved this house to stay for a week over Thanksgiving Nov. 2022 and it turned out to be a nightmare! We got in saturday and the minute we opened the door we smelled a slight stench of mildew/mold as if the house was closed in for a while. We ignored it, sprayed and continued our stay (worst mistake ever). The AC was not working properly either IT WAS STUCK ON 78 DEGREES but felt like it was 90 degrees in that house. My husband and I got really sick off the dust and mold/mildew smell in that house. I ended up in the ER Thanksgiving morning. I contacted the property owner to fix the AC setting- nothing was done. Told her about the piles of dust sitting on the tops of the cabinets and the floor fans that she suggested we use in place of the AC! This stay was a complete nightmare! ruined my family Thanksgiving - we were not together for it and it was so sad! I have stayed at many VRBO properties before and this one was the WORST house I have EVER witnessed on this site! just AWFUL!

Relaxing getaway

It is a good place to stay. I like the neighbored and it is not too far from anything you would want to do like going to the big parks or a trip to Old Town, Airboat rides and if you want a beach day is only a little over an hour drive.

Great Family Vacation Home!!!

This was our first trip back to Florida since March 2020 when we had to leave our vacation 3 days in because of the pandemic . We have been in the sunshine state at least a dozen times in the past 10 years with our children and this has been the nicest house we have stayed in! The home has a welcoming vibe and the pool is fantastic! It was heated perfectly and there is a great deal of privacy which we like. The home is extremely well stocked and CLEAN! The area is close to just about everything and easy to get around. Finally, the property managers are awesome to deal with, prompt and very accommodating! We will definitely be coming back to this home!!!!

Would definitely rent again

Place was as described. Peter and Susan were wonderful. Any issues dealt with quickly. The pool was great. If you have issues with knee there are no rails on steps to get into pool so would need help with first step. Location was perfect. Neighborhood quiet. House was great. Enjoyed pool.

What you see is what you get

The pictures show the home just like it is .its great for the price you pay , my kids enjoyed the pool alot . We will definitely be looking at this home again around christmas

Great place to land

The house was a very good value for our stay in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. I had good communication with the property manager prior to my arrival. Everything was in good order and the house was very well appointed. There’s extra towels and even a small cooler bag. My only suggestion is providing some additional paper towels and toilet paper.

Un alojamiento con todas las comodidades y los utencilios necesarios para hacer de tu viaje uno placentero. Cerca de todo y a la misma vez una zona tranquila. La comunición con la propietaria fue excelente aunque nunca la vimos. Contestaba todas mis preguntas inmediatamente. Detalle para mejorar, el aire acondicionado central de la propiedad está programado para una tempertura en específico. Esta temperatura pudiera ser más agradable. En general, volvería a rentar dicha propiedad. Gracias!!

Great Rental

Fantastic Place

This rental was a dream! It included all the amenities we could as for, was clean, and in excellent condition. I had 1 small issue and that was addressed immediately. I would stay here again and recommend it for other theme park visitors.
