Summary:
This peaceful and centrally-located home is located with 2 blocks of multiple business, bars, restaurants, shopping and still remains a quiet easy to access home. No neighbors, great parking and a completely remodeled spacious space. Fully fenced back yard, basement for extra room to spread out.

The Space:
The space has 3 bedrooms, remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room, living room and full basement where laundry is located. Basement has workout room that has a Total Gym, some dumbbells' and treadmill.

Guest Access:
Entire property is accessible and usable by guests.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests are free to message me though the app, call or text me directly at anytime should they need to.

As always the brewery house has been wonderful. The most excellent host you can imagine. It's a very unique very comfortable and inviting home. I 100% recommend this.

Reunion

The property is very spacious and the bedrooms are large. Kitchen has everything needed for a meal. Location is convenient. There are steps going in, if that is a concern for the elderly. We really felt comfortable (and cool) staying in The Brewery House. The host was SUPER with communication!!

Great stay

We went to Sidney to visit family and this house was perfect. We were able to have family come to us to visit instead of trying to find a place we could hang out. So much better than a hotel and the host was very responsive to our needs. Highly suggest! Visitors from Texas

Wonderful property and great host

I have had my crew staying here on and off for about 3 weeks now and I have to say Kurt the host has been absolutely wonderful. The property is great there's been zero issues the whole time. It's nice to know that when I can't be there my crew still being taken care of so please if you have the opportunity stay at Kurt's place it's great.

Oktoberfest stay

I was working in town and the house location was close by and comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the location was the Church across the street that rang its bells at 8 am every morning.

The Best

This rental was the best. Location was a few blocks from our grandchild’s apartment so it was our home away from home. From preparing meals to playing table games to relaxing. Comfortable and homey. It made for some quality family time.
