INSIDE THE HOME
Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 ½ bathroom townhome. Ground-level features a bedroom with a full bath down the hall, and access to the garage. On the second level will give you the open concept feel, you will find a half bath off of the kitchen, a dining area that provides seating for eight, and the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee on either balcony, one off of the kitchen and the other off of the living room. Go up another level and you find two bedrooms with two full baths attached.

Are you a larger group looking to stay downtown Saugatuck? Look no further. We manage three townhomes within this downtown complex. Water Street Retreat and Butler Street Retreat are intended to be rented separately but is located in the same condo complex. Butler Street Retreat is unit #13 so only a few door down, Water Street Retreat is located on the Water Street Retreat is located on the opposite side of the parking lot and is unit #5.
