ホームには2つの広々としたベッドルームがあり、マスターにはキングサイズのベッド、2番目にはクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、どちらも高品質のマットレスと家具を備え、それぞれにフラットスクリーンテレビが備わったすべてのゲストに究極の快適さとリラクゼーションを保証します。
天然石で仕上げられた2つの豪華なバスルームは、新鮮なリネンを備えたスパの雰囲気を醸し出しています。
家全体の磨かれた石の床は、ビーチの白い砂浜を映しています。

This condo is exactly as listed! You walk out the condo door and the stairs literally place you in the beach!! Claudia was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly about any questions we had.

The host was very welcoming. Easy check-in and check out. The condo is clean, stylish and comfortable. It's a corner unit with an expanded view. The condo complex is small with plenty of parking. And, you can't get any closer to the beach!

Modern decor with a beachy vibe, is how I would describe this beautiful condo. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to some really great restaurants and shops on Bridge Street. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs provided for relaxing on the beach each day. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting an amazing vacation on Anna Maria Island.

Amazing!!!

Debbie was beyond accommodating and the BEST to help us find a perfect vacation stay. The location is unbeatable. The pool was so warm and added to the luxury of this home. The kitchen was well equipped and all the bedrooms as well. Ample beach towels, beach toys, and the view is spectacular. I couldn't recommend this place more!

We had the best stay! We went with our 16 and 21 year old and it was perfect. The location is unbeatable. There were restaurants in walking distance as well as a short drive. The condo was impeccable and had everything you needed, from pool toys to games. The appliances were top of the line and perfect furniture for a beach vacation. The beds were so comfortable. It was so quiet inside, you couldn’t hear cars or upstairs neighbors. I honestly can’t say one negative thing. Thank you for a great vacation!!

I am a licensed Real estate Broker in the state of Florida, I own and run my own Real Estate business on the Island, I specialize in helping buyers find their dream home in this beautiful area of the Gulf coast. My husband and I with our 3 kids came to this island for many vacations before deciding to move here full time in 2003. It wasn't easy and we learned a lot with my whole family immigrating from Ireland arranging visa's, finding a good area to live looking at schools etc etc. Now using what I have learned, I am able to assist other lucky people who have also found paradise and now want to live the dream.

This is my own property, it is a beautiful location located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Many properties on the island are located over on the other side of Gulf drive, (the main road) or on the intercostal waterway, while they are also still beautiful this property jumped right out at me and said "welcome to the beach "....you cannot get any closer. We love this wonderful property and hope that you do too!!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Sitting on the balcony at sunset has to be the highlight of anyones stay on the island, its just breathtaking and different every night, the spectacular colors, the sun, the sea make it very different every time. You will not be disappointed with this property, we have covered parking to keep the sun off your car, we have a great swimming pool area located to the rear of the property and of course you walk directly out of the condo onto the beach without the need for shoes! When you feel like a night out on the Island, there is a free trolley that runs around the complete length of the island, we have a trolley stop just outside the complex on the main road. Anna Maria city pier is just north of us and you can get to it on the free trolley and just a short distance south is "Historic Bridge street" famous for its shops and restaurants. There are plenty of choices for dining and shopping close by.
