5 day stay

We arrived around 10 pm and couldn’t get the internet to connect. I messaged the contact in my email and explained the problem. Received an email asking which property and never heard anything after that. So no internet for 5 days. The sink leaks under the kitchen cabinet. Should probably get that looked at. Noticed ants in kitchen in and around the sink on the last few days. I had to buy batteries for both remotes as they wouldn’t turn the TVs on and off. Also had to use my personal hot spot just to have something to watch in the evenings.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood

We booked this house over Christmas mostly for the fenced yard for our Great Pyrenees. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was good. The house has been updated since these photos were taken, mostly for the better (different flooring, for example). A few things of I would do differently: microfiber sheets on the beds (they don't breathe) and too little furniture (the bedrooms needed nightstands at both bedsides and something to put suitcases on), some wall damage from doorknobs and broken tile in the kitchen (covered with a rug). Very small bathroom, but everything worked and there was plenty of hot water. No disposal at the kitchen sink so hard to wash dishes. The backyard fence had a gap that had been covered with some kind of board, but our giant dog would've bypassed it easily -- my husband ended up securing it with some zip ties to keep the dog in the yard. Hoping these niggling things might get fixed in the coming weeks; would love to stay here every time we visit KC! It's a sweet, small house on a quiet street in a neighborhood convenient to Bannister and Wornall Roads. Lots to like about it.

Nice place for short and sweet stay.

Everything went well and was well organized and the directions were easy to follow. Communication was a little slow and we never got the wifi to connect to the internet. Other than that though it was a quality stay.

Cozy Get-Away

Perfect size, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, close to everything we wanted to do, fenced-in backyard that was perfect for our fur-baby. Could have a few things added to the kitchen such as drain rack and pans to cook with in the oven. All in all our stay was great.
