I’ve hosted on VRBO for a decade with an excellent track record, and this review does not reflect my home or my standards.Also I’ve hosted on VRBO for 10 years with consistently positive reviews, so I was surprised and saddened to read this. I communicated in personal with your group throughout your stay and addressed your concerns in real time. A goodwill refund was offered and declined. I’m sorry they were unhappy, but the property was clean, safe, and fully functional. I did remember how joyful you and your wife when we meet and she asked me did her favorites put all Christmas trees and decorations on my house patio but I don’t understand something came up too weird after your bring your bunches friends in. Anyway I don’t judge everything of you. If you want to address the videos directly: Chairs and railings can loosen through normal use, and I appreciate them tightening them—that’s exactly what I would expect a guest to do, and I’m glad they felt comfortable handling it.

I was called few long distance to Vrbo early than your days checked-in because I lost my phone when I was traveling at overseas. I can’t login my account with Vrbo and not able to see any messages. I know how important of my guests. That’s why I requested anyone contacted to my daughter as second charges because it out of control. However you don’t have to saids don’t use this host you have no ideas of my situation. You already get a full refund and free stayed. Respect each other’s first. Thank you for your feedback.

My Vrbo account locked out of state that I unable to answer the questions directly. I’m sorry for this matter but I will never mistaked again. Welcome back to my place any time!

Thank you for your feedback! I know how you feel when you lost. But my phone was stolen when I was traveled in overseas. I was called Vrbo to help me contact with my currently guests that won’t messed up but it was hard to tied up from overseas if overseas locked media as google and gmails, facebook etc. I swear to God on my listing nothing to hide or deceived because that famous lake nearby my house called THE LONGVIEW LAKE takes ride of 5minutes. It is natural and beautiful, peaceful place to go. You need to rent it boat or bring your own if you want to boating have fun with your family. We do not provide that kayak for a safety issues. I hope you understand and we were working very hard to keep my property in a good condition but maintenance always slowed down after COVID-19. Can you tell me which toilet leaks because we been checked very carefully after each group. The TV always been changed by previous guests for their convenience because Netflix you can use your own account to watching anywhere and anything if you wanted. We fixed dishwasher it was costed from other group they were hosted party at my house we aren’t allowed. We know after any kind of party costed more maintenance to do so. We waiting for Community property management company work on outdoor patio and yard because they do not allowed to house own to do so.As you know everything changed not we want it to be. Since the epidemic, the world has become confusion. We have learned to patience, adapt, change and protect ourselves. We do our best if we can l but not thought easy. We are planning to repaint the walls as the house has suffered a lot hosting thousands and thousands of guests. We have all counted these issues included cleaning management.
