Exceptional

Clean, pristine, welcoming place. The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable and very easy to communicate with. The staff are professional, courteous, friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond. Kalena, Poornima (staff at front desk) are amazing and do what they do with respect and passion and happiness. The manager (Mr Sherif) is simply very friendly and polite and respectful. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people. The security guards are always working hard and making sure they help guests and tourists as much as possible and are very respectful also.

I was born and bred in Negombo, and my grandparents' house was very close to where the apartment stands now. This place holds deep sentimental value for me, and I take great joy in sharing its beauty and charm with my guests.

I chose this neighbourhood because it holds cherished childhood memories of playing on the beach with my cousins and being chased by my grandmother. :) The beautiful golden sand, unmatched by any other beaches I've visited worldwide, has a special place in my heart. The nearby shops and restaurants are filled with memories that make this place truly special.
