Enjoyed my stay

It’s a lot of money for the size of the place and for long term it’s not super ideal bc you can’t really cook food and you’re not near a lot of restaurants but it’s very nice for what it is and the host is amazing. It’s good for if you want something quiet

Not bad for the price

Parking and check in was easy. There were a few bottles of water and cans of soda in the fridge, some granola bars in a basket on the table, and sugar & creamer and such for coffee available. The overall stay was fine for the price but if a bit more attention and general upkeep was performed it would go a long way. It was clean and fairly comfortable for a few nights. We would stay here again just for the savings compared to other options. The bathroom door has been damage and repaired poorly with duct tape and painted over. The ceiling fan had only 1 functional light bulb out of 4 and the bulb was green. The can light over the kitchen area did not work. There's an LED strip that goes along the entire perimeter of the rental, shower included. Only half of the LED strip was functional in purple with a small section that was red. There's no way of controlling this LED strip on or off or otherwise. There was only 1 small mirror and it was over the toilet which my wife and daughter were not very thrilled about for putting on makeup and getting ready and such. A cheap full length mirror would be a good add. The ceiling vents were covered by box tape and duct tape as they're still connected to main home. Probably not the best option to close the vents off with tape... There is a separate a/c unit though we did not use it as it was very temperate when we visited.
