This 2-bedroom completely renovated waterfront condo is perfect for your escape to St. Petersburg. Nestled on lovely grounds, this property offers a tremendous opportunity to unwind and explore the city and local beaches. With its amazing views and comfortable furnishings, you'll feel right at home from the moment you step inside. The condo features all the essential amenities to make your stay comfortable, including stainless steel kitchen appliances, a separate wine refrigerator, iron, washer/dryer, WiFi, hair dryer, and HVAC system new in 2021. The kitchen is fully stocked with new tableware, glassware, pots and pans. Plus, there's a fitness room available for guests to stay active during their vacation. The property has 24/7 security at entry and the building requires a security code to get to the elevator. HOA requires a 3-month minimum stay and approval of any rentals prior to booking completion. This condo is perfect for snowbirds, corporate relocations, executive long-term rentals or travelers that want longer stays in a year-round warm climate.

Could not have been happier! We wanted for nothing in this beautiful, clean and welcoming property. Our hosts anticipated all of our needs and were available for any questions we may have had. The location of the property is so convenient to so many surrounding areas, it’s perfect for so many day trips. The bay view from the lanai is just gorgeous and we can’t wait wait to visit again!
