Cozy living room with fireplace. Beautifully decorated. 1 lg loft bedroom with queen bed and game area with trundle bed sleeps 4 upstairs. Comfortable pull out couch in livingroom sleeps 2. Enjoy snuggling up in front of the warm fireplace and sip hot chocolate and read a good book! This brilliant property is fully furnished including all Linens, pots, pans, dishes, siverware. The gaming space is equipped with a Switch, ring toss and many more games to entertain the family. The cozy livingroom has a smart TV . You can eat in or order out, whichever you prefer. A coffee pot and tea kettle are included. Cook your meal here in our private backyard with bbq or sample some local cuisine!
The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, shower and tub. The cozy living room with a sofa bed gives you plenty of sleeping options. Stay connected with WiFi, stay comfortable with AC and heating, and take advantage of the convenience of a washing machine and dryer. Outside in the large backyard you and your family/friends can sit by the fire and relax or play a game of corn hole. The gas grill is ready to be fired up to feed the hungry group!! Trails, Golf courses, archery range, boating.(within 2 miles) . In the summer bring your boat, canoes or kayaks (plenty of room in large driveway) and launch them right around the corner ( approx 1/4 mile). In the winter ice fishing is a favorite or antique shops are abundant in this area for some last minute holiday shopping! Be sure to check out The Land Lion Antique Shop just 2 miles from the cottage. Newton Falls (7.4 miles) has multiple small quant shops including The Merchantile, one of my favorites! North Jackson has Wizard of Odds and Unique Antiques (12 miles). When you are done shopping stop at some of our great eateries/wineries/brewery and have a nice cold drink! Haliday Winery (3.3 miles)and Mastro Pietro(5.1 miles). Lake Milton Brewery (1 mile) Craig's Castaway(1.9 miles) and Grandview Tavern (across the street from cottage) have good food and spirits!!! Golf courses within 3 miles! Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course Casino is open 24 hrs and only 13 miles away! Conveniently located off of I-76.
