Suitable for Short Term Stay
We needed a place to stay for two months before our new build would be ready. We have two kids under 7 years of age. The property was decent. Apartment was surface level clean and linens/towels provided. If you want a quiet place to stay, just be aware of the noisy blvd outside. Texans love their turbo truck engines and motorcycles. Our dishwasher was quite smelly. Ultimately it needed to be completely replaced and the follow through and communication to get that done was slow and took two weeks. The property manager, Pamela was lovely and very helpful through everything. Know that if you need to get a hold of billing, The Landing has their own billing process so communicating with VRBO won't help. I wish this was a bit more user friendly as it caused a lot of back and forth phone tag. Location in relation to downtown Austin is fine and you have plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby.
