Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 bath unique and stylish retreat, nestled on a 1-acre property in the middle of Speedway. Perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities, our home offers direct access to the B&O walking/biking trail, which conveniently connects to downtown Speedway.
House Rules:
No large parties or loud noise.
Please respect our quiet neighborhood and wonderful neighbors.

Recently Renovated: Enjoy the comforts of a home that was completely renovated in early 2023.
Ample Space: With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone.
Modern Amenities: TV, coffee maker, closet, dresser, spare blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are all provided.
Convenient Layout: Two bedrooms with queen beds and one with a king daybed (convertible to twin size). Both bathrooms are on the main floor, with one featuring a shower/tub combo and the other a standalone shower.
Additional Features: Unfinished basement with washer/dryer and a 1-car attached garage.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house and attached garage.
The unfinished basement contains some personal items but is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.

The property offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Nestled in the heart of Speedway, the area has a charming, quiet ambiance that's ideal for relaxation, yet it's just a stone's throw away from the vibrant energy of downtown.
One of my favorite aspects of this neighborhood is the abundance of outdoor activities available. The property sits on a spacious one-acre lot, providing plenty of room for various outdoor activities. Plus, the B&O walking/biking trail is located directly behind the property, offering a scenic and direct connection to downtown Speedway. This trail is perfect for morning jogs, leisurely walks, or bike rides, and it allows you to explore the local area effortlessly.
The community here is welcoming and respectful, making it a peaceful place to unwind. I love that it has all the benefits of suburban living while still being close to the excitement and amenities of the city.
