What are you waiting for? Come see the historic Iceberg Capital of the world, Twillingate!
"Red Jellybean" is newer 1 bedroom cottage.
Cozy, fresh, modern cottage with wifi and fully equipped kitchen.
Soak in great ocean views and sunsets, whale watching, icebergs etc.
Take a 10 minute walk to town, brewery, dinner theatre, fish market, shopping, restaurants, groceries etc.
Adventure out on the hiking trails and scenic views from over 45kms of marked trails in town.
Make a 10 minute drive to Long Point lighthouse for amazing views or take an easy 10 minute walk up to "the bench" on the hill in front of the property for great views of the harbour and sunsets.
Have fun driving around town searching for Root Cellars (first ones on site!)
Walk to the harbour and watch the fishing boats come and go.
Relax by the fire at the end of the day in a large, private yard.
Check out the Shed Party down the street on Fridays and Sundays.

The Red Jellybean is in a great location.It is on a quiet road and an easy walk into town for restaurants etc.Plenty of parking and the view was great.We liked the dual purpose coffee machine so we could make coffee to our own taste.Good shower and lovely ocean breezes from dual aspect windows.Thanks Jon for the iceberg beers and a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Twillingate at the red jelly bean house.. location was amazing with beautiful views. The host was helpful and extremely prompt in assisting me when I first booked ..the firepit out front was maintained morning and night . A five minute hike and the most beautiful sunset is yours to take in...I would definitely stay again..

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, cute, and full of charm, with beautiful water views that made for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. They also provided great recommendations for local eateries. We ate at Annie’s after our iceberg tour, Georgie’s, take out from the Thai place, and drove out to Sandsomes for a lobster dinner. Amazing!!We would happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Adorable red cottage with lovely ocean views and close to town. Unbelievable sunsets.Cottage was very quaint with a nice kitchen, fireplace and a sofa that faces the ocean. Cottage is equipped with laundry as well.

This was a bright beautiful cottage that was spotless inside. Outdoor fire pit area with ocean views. Kitchen had all the essentials. Water cooler with lots of water for drinking and cooking. The tap water had a bit of a smell and was salty tasting when brushing teeth so we just used the bottled water. Short drive into town and hiking trails nearby. We had a lovely stay and were able to take in local talent at The Wharf. No air conditioning but with all the windows to open allowed for a pleasant breeze in the evening. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet stay with beautiful views.

We booked this little gem in Twillingate and were pleasantly surptrised by the location, the dwelling itself , the amenities and the decor. It is perfect for a couple, within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, pub, museum.... To top it off, there was an iceberg just around the corner. Do not hesitate booking this!

Excellent in every respect!

Property was excellent, everything you would want or need, including fully furnished kitched, washer and dryer, spacious bathroom and living area and very comfortable bed, as well as beautiful view of the ocean, and comfortable deck and chIrs overlooking the water, and plentiful Icebergs nearby….who could want anything more!

Perfect small cottage

While we only had a 2 night stay, this cottage was an excellent way for us to unwind and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. The cottage was very clean, well appointed with all the comforts and amenities we needed, and had a very comfortable bed and couch. This is a perfectly located cottage, being a 15min walk to town, and trails, while being ocean front. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Thanks for having us.

Tranquility in a Maginificent Setting

The property faces a small cove and majestic expanse of ocean. The unit is clean, new and equipped with everything you need to relax after a long day exploring Twilingate.Would come back in a heartbeat. Note: photo taken from kitchen window.

Cute & well appointed

This property is close to town & nicely done. It had everything we needed & was very comfortable. One thing that was odd... the water coming from the faucets & shower was very salty. Not sure why this was, but there was a water dispenser there to use for coffee & tea.

A gem in Twillingate

Wow! Wow! Wow! Five stars . If you’re looking for a place to stay in Twillingate this is the property for you. We stayed in the red cottage, as it is perfect for 2-3 people. Very clean with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs and the bathroom was so clean and modern. Extremely quiet property and the view is outstanding.

Our time at the RedJellyBean cottages was a great experience. We stayed during the second last week of May so it was cooler than it would be during the summer months and the tourist season was just ramping up. But it was a perfect time for iceberg viewing and hiking.The cottages are conveniently located just outside of the charming town of Twillingate, the “ iceberg capital of the world.” It has a spectacular view of the ocean. In fact, there was an iceberg we could see directly from our front picture window the whole duration of our stay. The cottage we stayed is was a very nice one bedroom. The cottage was very clean throughout. It had a well appointed kitchen with proper utensils that were actually NOT your typical jumble of miss-matched left overs that you typically see in some places. The living room area was very comfortable and great for watching the sunsets! The spacious bathroom had a nice size shower. The bedroom was comfortable and so quiet. Our host was great to deal with. One small issue with the front porch light (a great place to watch the ocean from by the way) was dealt with immediately. He also had great recommendations for places to eat. Overall, we had a great experience during our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Whether you like the laid back vibe of a cottage by the ocean and great food or hiking and exploring the Newfoundland coast, Twillingate has all. And, for us, the perfect place to stay while there is at the RedJellyBean!
