Your cozy getaway awaits in Oakland at this marvelous apartment. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed, it's perfect for a small group of guests. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a bathtub for your convenience. You'll also find amenities like AC, a washing machine, WiFi, and heating. Fall in love with Oakland and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

A short drive takes you to downtown Waterville for shopping and entertainment. We are 15 minutes to Colby college, Maine General hospital, or Belgrade lakes. Only a few miles to McGrath pond and the Oakland boat launch. Swing set, fire pit, sand box, grill, and trampoline in the back yard. Hosts live on property.

Apartment sits above our garage and was designed with your comfort in mind.

Very quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Clean, beautifully decorated and beds were comfortable. Has everything you could possibly need. Owner is great and quick to respond to all questions. Welcomed our little dog. As it is a second floor apartment, someone with mobility issues may find the stairs challenging. We had a very nice stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Cute and comfortable that had everything we would want or need. Enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and a heater to take the chill off of the 50 degree outside temperatures!

Very poor entrance to apartment. Stairs were treacherous!!! Entered into a cluttered garage with insulation and pipes exposed all the way up stairs. Not sure if stairs meet code but doubt it. Furniture was very uncomfortable and had to use pillows on couch to set on. Not enough counter space in kitchen. Good thing we ate out. Microwave was on top of refrigerator which was difficult to reach. No toaster. Bathroom was off kitchen not close to bedrooms. Spiders everywhere. Pictures in ad were very misleading. Not sure how this got excellent review. Will not stay again!!! Host left next day after arrival for vacation leaving us no phone number just email in case of a problem.

Escape for Music Camp

We stayed here instead of the dorms at Colby College and were so glad we did! Shawna really thought of everything with this apartment. It was very clean, and the decor was super boho chic. We loved being able to see the chickens in the yard and the AC to beat the Maine heatwave! The apartment is very spacious and well thought out. We hope to be back again for next year’s camp!

Cozy little spot

Lovely little spot close to Thomas College. Nice decor, plenty of space and room for a family of 4. The apartment has everything you need along with seasonal decor and extra pillows! We will be back!

Fantastic Stay

We were visiting town for a friend's wedding. Very comfortable, had a great time. Easy access to Belgrade Lakes/Augusta/Waterville area.
