There is so much to enjoy with this little home. Five minute drive and you can be anywhere you want or need. The lakes, dunes, ocean beaches, restaurants, or groceries. Enjoy beautiful picturesque setting and a wide range of outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, hiking, ATV riding and more. Bring your family and friends. This property, for an additional booking, has two RV hook-ups, firepit, outdoor shower and toilet. We are pet friendly, with a fully secure gated yard.

Plenty of space for your boat and toys! Ride your ATV to dunes or the lake from the house!!

Well appointed and fit our needs. We were traveling with pets and towing a trailer. This property had ample room to park a truck with trailer and is fully fenced and gated which was nice for the pets.

Cozy One Night Getaway

Spent the night with my friends and it was so cozy with the little picnic table outside as well as the beds upstairs. It’s also really close to tenmile lake county park which was really convenient.

Perfect Non-camping Option

We had friends staying at the campground next store but we are not campers, so we compromised and rented this little cabin. It was perfect for our needs and so appreciated after a long day. It was cozy and had so much potential for group events with spacious parking and the fire pit. Great spot!

Perfect little cottage!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It has all the amenities that one needs. The bed was very comfortable and just what we needed after a long day of driving!

Great little house

Great liitle house was exactly what it describes on the site very nice inside has a covered porch that is awesome fire pit in the back and a fenced yard all the way around for the dog bed was very comfortable we added a night even and melisa was a great host thanks again yvonne

National Park visit

This is such a wonderful tiny house! Eight of us fit just fine. Very cozy and comfy. It was quiet. If we ever come back, I would gladly stay here again!

Nice little house

Little house was fantastic just as described was perfect for are stay with are dog it was fenced all the way around for the dog very nice inside nice covered porch outside bed very comfortable has a firepit in the back and melisa was a great host would definitely stay again thanks for everything was a great time thx yvonne

It had a beautiful covered deck with picnic table and spacious parking. The Wi-Fi worked great. It was a bit rustic, reminded me of a camper trailer complete with cobwebs and we did see a lot of of spiders around the property. But the kitchen was adequate and the water got really hot. The kids loved sleeping in the loft on the mattresses.

Anniversary weekend

Property was clean and well maintained. The house is a tiny home//Park model. Quite comfortable and well appointed. Rather snug for 8 people, but manageable. Overall, a very good weekend.

Very clean quiet neighborhood. Very nice cute place to stay.Host communicated very well as far as check in check out and said let her know if we needed anything to make our stay better Would 100% recommend to everyone and will definitely be back

Great stop on the coast

Nice place to stop on a trip up the coast. House is small but manages to fit a lot in a small space. Loved it and Melisa is so cool and easy to work with.

Coastal Hideaway

This quaint little cottage was cozy, accommodating, and brought us together as a family. We stayed at Melisa and Rob’s place for the rainy month of March and it was amazing! Our family of 4 along with our two puppies enjoyed every aspect of the home. We had the pleasure of preparing meals together, cooking out on the grill, hanging out on the porch, playing board games, yard games, and doing puzzles, along with so much more. We really enjoy the idea of tiny living because of the quality of time it allows, this being our goal to really immerse ourselves back into a common routine of being together was so fitting for the space and vibe this cottage provided. The ocean is a mere 10 to 15 minute drive which was perfect for us. We spent many days exploring as many beaches and coastal areas as we could. The location is great for adventuring sand dunes, whale watching, and treasure hunting on the beaches. With having our dogs with us we really appreciated the fenced in area around the home, it gave a sense of peace and comfort that our pups would be able to run and play without getting out.Having a washer and dryer available was super helpful! As well as the outdoor shower our puppies enjoyed bathing in. The loft was lots of fun especially for the kids!We’re super happy we found this cottage for our coastal vacation. We are looking forward to seeing how much Melisa and Rob continue to improve this cottage. We will definitely keep this place in mind when back on the coast!!
