Welcome to Uncle Dave’s Cabin a cozy 2 bedroom by the Saginaw Bay in Linwood

Great location close to the Saginaw Bay for fishing and waterfowl hunting. The waters off Linwood in the Saginaw Bay are known for their excellent perch and walleye fishing. Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area is just a couple miles away and has tens of thousands of ducks, swans, geese, wading birds, shorebirds, raptors, and songbirds migrate through Nayanquing Point SWA each fall and spring. Franks Great Outdoors is right across the street for all your fishing and hunting needs. Linwood Beach Marina is just a few miles away to launch your boat or hire a fishing charter. This 2-bedroom house has 2 twin xl beds in each bedroom, including a full bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer. Wi-Fi with internet and a 60-inch flat screen in the living room. There is a bonus room in the polebarn to hang out and play darts, fooseball or card games. Guests can relax in the cozy living space and enjoy all this phenomenal property offers with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

everything worked no problems with anything,we as a couple would have liked a larger bed single bed is to small other than that everything was fantastic ,would and will come back. thank you earl for helping us steve and kathy it took us 60years to reunite and now we are together for the rest of our live.....

The cabin was extremely clean and well-stocked with coffee, cooking supplies, toiletries, extra towels etc. The owner has been communicative. It's also really close to the beach!! We had a great time.

Nice and clean place to stay

It’s a perfect place for a family and a dog. The place was nice and clean. It has everything to stay and cook meals for your family. We cooked a turkey for our bd dinner lol.

Loaded with amenities

Uncle Dave's cabin is not a large place but it is very clean and comfortable and loaded with amenities. The kitchen has spices and other food items and there is an assortment of toiletry items if you have forgotten anything. Then there are the little chocolates on each bed. Plus there is the game room should you run into inclement weather. On top of that, should you have a question from the property owners, you get an immediate response. We were very happy with our stay here.

As advertised - enjoyed our stay

One thing we really liked about the place was the ability to park a boat there as we were there to go fish the Saginaw bay. It had a place to clean fish/game and a man cave - couldn't really ask for more given our goals.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and up to date. The host had everything we needed already provided for our stay. Location was perfect for our ice fishing trip & the food was excellent. We would definitely stay there again Next year.

Beautiful cabin

We stayed for a fishing trip on the Saginaw bay what a beautiful place super clean and very well taken care of we will be back! The couch was amazingly comfortable and so was all the bedding.

Dave’s Cabin

We came to the area to visit family members in Bay City. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the host had everything you could want on the premises. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Breakfasts at Linwood Corners Cafe was very good.

Excellent Stay

Very nice place, very clean and host goes above and beyond making sure the house has anything you need. Fenced in yard was nice for our pet. Highly recommend
