Private, fenced back yard and all the conveniences provided. Immerse yourself in the soothing ambiance of this tranquil retreat in the heart of downtown Sandpoint, complete with essential amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC. Experience the charm and beauty of Sandpoint. All the best restaurants and shops are within a few blocks of the perfectly placed small town retreat. I've lived in Sandpoint for 25 years. Retired earlier this year, I was the longest serving mayor in Sandpiont's history. I love sharing the best of our community with travelers who appreciate all that Sandpoint has to offer.

Unbeatable location. Right in the heart of small town bustle, there are about 40 restaurants in a 4 block radius along with lots of shops, entertainment, nightlife, brew pubs and more. City Beach, and trail heads for Sand Creek Trail and Pend Oreille Bay Trail (off-leash for dogs) are also in the neighborhood.
