Great villa with amazing view

The villa is perfect. Everything in the villa is to a high standard and it's very smart. It's in a great location for exploring the sites and beaches nearby and Nafplio, which is very close, is one of the nicest cities in Greece. The views from the villa are truly spectacular. We enjoyed using the pool, even at the start of April. Communication with the owners was very easy. Thank you for a lovely stay. it's the second time we've stayed and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Séjour exceptionnel !

La villa est exceptionnelle à tous points de vue , la vue est magnifique, la piscine grande et impeccable, la propreté de l’ensemble, l’espace , la literie de qualité , tous les équipements, l’accueil très gentil de Katerina et Dimitris et leur souci tout au long du séjour . L’endroit aux alentours est charmant , proche de tout : sites archéologiques, plages , tavernes , supermarchés. C’est le paradis pour les vacances ! La meilleure expérience pour nous !

EXCEPTIONNEL VILLA

Super sejour de 2 semaines dans cette villa magnifique. L effet whaou à l entrée a duré tout le sejour, avec une vue magnifique de la villa. La baie vitree donne une vue merveilleuse de la vallee. La piscine privee est parfaite pour prendre du bon temps. La villa est tres bien équipée et katerina et Dimitri sont à l écoute et attentionnés pour que le sejour soit parfait. La plage la plus proche est à 5mn en voiture mais je xconseille Karathonas à 20mn elle est tres jolie. Nous recommandons vivivement cette location.

Un endroit enchanteur

Superbe maison avec une vue extraordinaire. La baie vitrée de la pièce à vivre est simplement magique! La piscine est magnifique, les équipements parfaits. Tout est pensé dans le détail pour le confort des locataires (exemples parmi d’autres : un wifi qui marche, des multiprises sur les tables de nuits, des produits de toilette et d’entretien….). Merci pour cette semaine parfaite!

Wonderful and Relaxing!

Perfect getaway for the family. The place was amazing. From the breathtaking views, to the comfortable beds, to the fully equipped kitchen and Barbecue. They thought of everything. We are coming again next year, only we will stay longer to enjoy the hospitality. Thank you for everything.

View better than pictures. Owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Bedrooms are downstairs but all have sliding glass doors to pool and view. Well supplied. Small kitchen but has everything you need. Private secure parking.

Great villa with amazing views and close to lots of sites of interest

The villa is in a great location with amazing views towards the sea. The villa is very well equipped with a great kitchen, outdoor seating area with bbq and very comfortable bedrooms. The villa owners were at the villa to meet us and couldn't have been more helpful and it was easy to contact them if we needed to. The views from the villa are even better than in the photographs and I would highly recommend a stay here. The overall spec of the villa is very high and there is nothing negative at all to add. Séjour superbe - Wonderful stay

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Vivari chez Katerina. La maison est très belle, très fonctionnelle, une vue ÉPOUSTOUFLANTE et la localisation idéale pour les visites d'Epidaure, Nauplie et autres... L'équipement de la maison, La literie, la propreté, LA PISCINE, tout était au top. Un grand merci pour Katerina et Dimitris pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. We really enjoyed our stay in Vivari at Katerina's place. The house is beautiful, easy to use, the view is EXCEPTIONAL and the location ideal for visiting sites such as Epidavros, Nafplio, etc ... The house equipments, the beds, the SWIMMING POOL, everything was on top! Many thanks for Katerina and her husband Dimitris for their kindliness and availability.

Superbe Séjour

Très belle villa, neuve, bien équipée, vue extraordinaire sur la mer, bien située, calme. Katerina parle très bien le français et est très disponible ! La région est très belle, site archéologique, ballades en nature, plages nombreuses, etc... ou simplement ne rien faire et profiter de la maison et de sa piscine !

Great vacation at a great location in a really nice house

We (family of 5) stayed in the house for a week. The house is in great condition and everything worked well with the rental. The view from the kitchen window is suberb! Although the house is well outside Nafplio, it was easy to find following the owner's instructions. The roads are in really good condition hence the drive is comfortable. The owner, Katerina, is extremely nice and welcoming. We will most certainly recommend the house to our friends.

Amazing villa!

We are a Canadian family of 5 (2 adults and three young children) and we spent a full week in this brand new villa during our 4 -week holiday in Greece this past July. We really loved it and enjoyed our stay immensely. The villa is amazing: very clean, very spacious and luxurious, beautiful pool with lots of room for the children and an unforgettable view! We chose this villa because it was a great central spot from which we could visit some of the important sites of Ancient Greece (Mikines, Épidavros) and also Nafplio (a beautiful city!). We also drove to the byzantine city of Mistras and to the small port of Ermioni. The villa is also very close to a few beaches (Tolo, Karathona). When we arrived after a long day of driving through the mountains of the Peloponnese, Katarina and her husband and their two children came to great us in a taverna in Drepano (a small village close to the villa) and we followed them to the villa, a few minutes away by car. They showed us around and had already filled-up our fridge with the essentials for the next morning, which we truly appreciated. They were also so helpful throughout our entire stay (by bringing us a yoga mat when they noticed that we were practicing a bit of yoga, for example). We cannot thank them enough. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to spend a week in this beautiful region, to discover some of the wonders of Greece. The entire family was sad to leave such a fantastic villa.

Breathtaking view to the sea

Brand new house with every accommodation you need, breathtaking view to the sea, perfect for staying in the winter period with the fireplace in the leaving room.
