The Space:

This upstairs oceanfront duplex, which is one of two spaces available for guest stays, features a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for cooking meals during your stay. Enjoy your freshly prepared meal at the dining room table or dine outside while you enjoy the ocean breeze. Relax and stretch out in the spacious living room, featuring a big screen TV's and large sectional sofa, providing plenty of space for everyone to enjoy movie night.



Unwind in one of three spacious bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The newly updated bathrooms offer a refreshing retreat for guests to feel rejuvenated after a fun day in the sun. Each bedroom also has a big screen TV and large closet space. Two bedrooms also have direct access to the outdoor space, one being a private balcony only accessible from that bedroom.



The real gem of this beautiful home is just steps from the backdoor. The beautiful turquoise waters of Melbourne Beach are just steps away, waiting to greet you. Step outside onto the large upstairs patio/balcony with your morning coffee to enjoy incredible views of the sunrise Enjoy a rocket launch from your own front row viewing area. Guests will delight in a quick walk across the private shared deck and down the steps to the best day ever. The property also features a large driveway with plenty of parking space, accommodating multiple vehicles comfortably.



It is important to note this property is a duplex, meaning it consists of two separate spaces available for guest stays. When you reserve the upstairs space, you will have exclusive access to the upstairs area, including the second-floor balconies, which are designated solely for upstairs guests. However, please note that the beach deck and the boardwalk to the beach are shared between the two units. Guests renting the upstairs space will not have access to the game room or the patio area directly outside the downstairs sliding doors. Similarly, downstairs guests will not have access to the second-floor patios and balcony areas.There is no access between the spaces from inside; all entry is through an outside door. • This property is a duplex with two separate guest accommodations. Your reservation includes exclusive access to the upstairs unit and its second-floor balconies. The beach deck and boardwalk leading to the beach are shared with guests staying in the other unit.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife may occasionally be seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
