The home sits on a private 14 acre parcel. Newly installed mini putting green and clubs are sure to be a hit with the whole family! Plenty of room for all guests in your party inside and out, come experience Hocking Hills like never before! Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons.

It was absolutely wonderful!

We stayed during a giant snow storm and it was beautiful. Kids sled down the giant hill. Loved the hot tub and game room. House and hot tub were was so clean. Appreciated all the amenities like soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. The fully stocked kitchen worked so well. Two giant fridges were really helpful for all the guests. The dining igloo was also really fun.

Everything was greqt. We had plenty of room for our group of 13 to spread out. We loved the garage with the games and the pickle ball court. We also enjoyed the heated igloo!!

Beautiful Ranch

We loved staying here. It was a great family getaway at a beautiful location. We loved the pool, hot tub and game room.

Best stay ever!

The house was beautiful, had everything we needed for entertainment. The hot tub was the best!.. it was a little chilly outside during our stay but since the pool and jacuzzi was heated the kids still got full use of all amenities and had a blast! Next time we will have to get a bigger house and invite more family. Thank you so much for a wonderful memory for me and my kids. 5 stars

Great location, great service, great company!

We are a family of 8 adults and 6 kids! We had kind of a major hiccup with the property - and coming off a holiday weekend the company was scrambling to get it resolved, but their vendor was unresponsive! Problems are going to happen, but in my opinion Book Hocking provided the best response, offered appropriate solutions, and satisfied everybody in our party. A few of us have already booked a cabin in January, and will not hesitate to use this company or beautiful property next time!

Beautiful property. Quite isolated. Our family loved the pool and hot tub. We had trouble with many flies in the house, but management provided us with swatters to help with the situation. The Nest thermostat was difficult to manage if you're not familiar with it. It always defaulted to a high temperature during the night when we would actually like it to be cooler. Overall it was a very nice place for our group of 9.

The property was somewhat remote, with no cell service for a 10-mile radius. While the home had everything we needed, and was overall very lovely, there were serval issues with cleanliness of the interior. Most concerning were the mold spores on the basement bathroom ceiling. The pool needed attention which we contacted the host about and they were quick to remedy. Communication with the host was very prompt and in total the trip was wonderful. Just some cleaning issues that need to be addressed.

This cozy, action and excitement filled cabin was the perfect place to celebrate with friends.

What's not to like? First off, the rooms and the lodgings are wonderful. SO many beds and places to lay your head. You need this space and place for relaxation because there is just SO MUCH TO DO. We NEVER were brainstorming what to do next. Between pickleball, the hottub, ping pong, the games, and some board games and super smash bros we brought, our group of friends were constantly busy, consistently laughing, and filled with smiles and joy.
