Lakefront House with Water Toys : close to Camelback, Kalahari, Casino, Hiking!

Escape to our spacious lakefront rental perfect for big families. Enjoy direct access to Pine Tree Lake with kayaks, pedal boat and floats. Enjoy serene views, relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, belt some tunes with karaoke, or watch a movie on the projector. With ample space (4 bedrooms + 1 bonus room and 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 12) and a private dock, create unforgettable memories together at The Clifford, the Big Red, dog friendly, home on the lake!

The Clifford features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed with a bathroom attached. Continuing on the upper floor includes the second bedroom with 2 Queen Size Beds and the third bedroom with another King Size bed. Also on the upper floor is the kitchen, large living room (with a gas fireplace that is available for us in the winter season) and dining table along with the 3-season room with large windows and beautiful views of the lake!

On the lower level floor, you'll find a 4th bedroom that has 4 full sized beds set up as bunk beds. The lower level also features fun and entertainment through another large living area with a second gas fireplace (available for use in winter), a pool table, a bonus room 2 double beds that you can easily and quickly convert into a game room, karaoke room, or movie room with the projector and karaoke machine. The lower level floor is complete with walk out to the covered private hot tub!

Enjoy the spacious yard that includes a fire pit, charcoal grill, and direct access to the beautiful lake! The best thing about staying Lakefront is enjoying access to the lake from your very own backyard. Fish off the private dock or take a refreshing swim. Relax and lounge on some of our floats or venture out on a kayak, pedal boat, row boat, or stand up paddle board and explore the full lake! You can even work from the dock with our extended Wi-Fi!

While there is PLENTY to do on the lake, around the house, and in the surrounding areas, guests also have an option to purchase an amenities pass (directly from the community) to access some of the community amenities, which includes the Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Basketball Courts, Tennis/Pickleball Courts, butterfly garden, and access to the different beaches within the community.

My goal is to provide a memorable lakehouse vacation for everyone, and I believe that having clear communication and setting the correct expectations can help to avoid any misunderstands later on. As such, please find additional details about the house and what I expect from guests in my home.

The house is equipped with Amazon Alexa Echo devices in the bedrooms and around key living areas of the home for your use in playing music or setting alarms. Guests are welcome to these devices or unplug devices from power during the stay if they wish.

There are cameras on the exterior of the house. The cameras are are aimed at each of the entrance doors, 2 cameras referencing the driveway entrance, and one for the length of the driveway. There are sync modules inside the home that connect the cameras. These are labeled "do not unplug." As such, please do not unplug. In addition, there are 4 water detector devices within the property (located under the kitchen sink, under the sink of the upper level bathrooms, and located in the laundry room). Please do not remove these sensors.

This is a dog friendly home however I understand not everybody enjoys being around dogs. For any guests with dogs, please use the provided pet coverings if your dog will be joining you on the sofa or in your bed. If you have pet allergies or would be uncomfortable with the possibility of encountering a stray pet hair, please reconsider booking my home.

Guest expectations at the conclusion of the stay:

-Please dispose of your garbage at the trash compactor at the end of your stay. Plan according as the trash compactor is only open 4 days out of the week. Any trash that is not disposed of will result in a charge of $5 per bag as charged by the cleaners.

-Please load the dishwasher with your dirty dishes.

-Please close all windows that you've opened.

-Please set central air thermostat to 75 degrees.

-Please set the individual room thermostats to 50 degrees.

-Please stack the Adirondack chairs at least 3 high so they don't blow over.

What to Bring:

One of the most stressful parts of a trip is figuring out what to pack. Here are a few tips to hopefully help guide you on what you may need at the house.

The Kitchen:
The house is readily stocked with kitchen items including pots and pans, dishes, a variety of drinking glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. Additional appliances such as a standard coffee maker, Keurig machine, kettle, rice cooker, and toaster oven are available for use. Hand soap and dish soap (for handwashing dishes) are also filled up before each stay.

Kitchen items that are not provided:
Personal spices, cooking oil, condiments and anything that you would put into a meal!
Coffee / K-Cups
Extra Trash Bags (Trash cans will be lined with an empty trash bag before each stay). A few additional trash bags will be under the sink but extra trash bags may be necessary.
Dishwasher tablets/liquid
Dish sponge
Paper Towels

The Bedroom:
All rooms and beds include pillows and linens for your stay. Storage is also available for clothes in the closet including hangers and shelving. Each room also includes an Alexa device to help you set alarms, play sleeping noises or music, or check the weather for the day before you head out!

The Bathroom:
Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and bath mats are provided for each guest for the stay. Each bathroom also has hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Toilet paper for each bathroom is also provided for the guest. Please note to not flush any other product in the toilets besides toilet paper, not even products advertised as flushable.

The Lake:
A pedal boat, row boat, 2 kayaks, and a variety of floats are available for use in your rental. Each guest must have a life vest available on board each of the boats/kayaks. Life vests of varying sizes are available, however for optimal fit, we recommend you to supply your own. Lake/pool towels are also provided for in your rental. Seating is also available at the private dock by the lake.

Swim goggles

Fun Around the House:
The house has entertainment including a smart TV in the upstairs living area and downstairs game room. A pool table along with a variety of board games, playing cards, karaoke machine, movie projector, and bluetooth speakers and a karaoke machine and microphones are also available for in-home entertainment. A projector is available to connect your own device to. Use of the hot tub is included (please see hot tub guidelines).

Additional devices such as Roku/Laptops/Computers (to be connected to a projector or karaoke machine). House slippers

Fun Outside the House:
Relax and enjoy time outside of the house. A variety of lawn games are available to play with in addition to a charcoal grill for use and BBQ utensils. The charcoal grill is located underneath the stairs under a grill cover. There is plenty of seating for the outside of the house including benches by the firepit and lightweight Adirondack chairs. A hammock is available for setup as well. There is a clearing between 2 trees to the left of the dock that makes the perfect hammock spot!

Community Amenities (additional cost):
If you are looking for even more activities to enjoy but want to stay inside the community, the HOA offers a spectacular indoor pool, an outdoor pool, tennis courts that are lined for pickleball as well, basketball courts, a butterfly garden, a sand volleyball court, a sand lake beach, and 5 different lakes to explore. To opt in for these additional amenities, each guest ages 3 and up must purchase an amenities pass.
