Perfect spot to stay while visiting family in Santa Monica. Clean with a comfy bed and easy to walk to stores, restaurants and sights. John gave very clear check-in instructions and responded to messages quickly.

This was a great place to stay in Santa Monica. Very comfortable, clean, safe secure parking, and host is responsive to any questions. Excellent location, close to wonderful restaurants and bakeries, shops, the beach and the pier. We enjoyed how walkable the area is. It’s easy to hop on The 10 to get to all the downtown museums and sites we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend.

Loved the property! It felt like a home away from home. Small, but just right. Lovely interior along with a lots of small things to offer! Such as the shopping, food and free k-cups for coffee which saved some money every morning ;) When planning my next trip to Santa Monica, I’ll be sure to make sure your place is available for stay prior to anything else.
