This contemporary one bedroom condo has beautiful views of the downtown skyline including an unobstructed sight of the Calgary tower.
Located in the heart of Calgary's Beltline district. Walking distance to everything such as restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores and all popular/trendy avenues. 5 minute drive to river and the Saddledome.
Please be aware the front doors of the building lock at 10pm. Please do not book if you will be arriving after this.

- One free underground parking spot
- high speed internet (wifi)
- Complimentary coffee and keurig machine
- Fully stocked kitchen with all necessities
- 55' 4k TV with Free Netflix
- Fresh linens
- Soft towels
