Experience the best of Dubai in this spacious 1156 sqft/107 sqm 1BR apartment in the Bahar 1 building, perfectly situated just 300 meters from JBR Beach with a partial sea view. Apartment has 3 beds and fits up to 6 people + infant.
The apartment is located next to the JBR beach, tram, and The JBR Beach shopping mall with proximity to key areas of Dubai, metro, shopping, leisure, and business areas.
The space
- Quiet apartment (faces on the opposite side of roads). You can hear singing birds on the balcony
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, all kitchen appliances, including wine glasses, toaster, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, and kitchenware set for 6 people.
- A total 6 people can sleep
- Spacious space 1156 sqft/107 sqm: 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet room and 1 storage room
- 1 king size bed (180cm x 200cm, 72in x 80in) in master bedroom
- 1 day bed 80cm x 200cm unfoldable into double bed 160 x 200cm in master bedroom
- 1 sleeping coach 160 x 200cm in the living room
- Huge 65" 4K TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime
- Nespresso coffee machine
- Easy access to the beach (many buildings in JBR don't offer this)
- Contactless check-in and check out
- Dedicated working space
- Water filter (reverse osmosis). No need to bring heavy water bottles from a grocery store. We care about our guests' health and often replace water filters (last replacement 18.06.2024)

It’s perfectly positioned away from busy roads, ensuring a peaceful stay. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three beds, and we provide a baby cot at no extra charge. Plus, you’ll have the convenience of a dedicated parking space, along with flexible and contactless 24-hour check-in.
