Relax in this newly renovated gorgeous home minutes away from Sundance&BYU. This treasure comes with mini golf, pool/ping pong tables, 3 brand new flat screen tvs (the main one is 70+ inch!), access to front yard and front street parking.

This fabulous home can sleep up to 13 people. Includes 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 twin bed and 1 sofa mattress so you can enjoy both comfort and convenience during your getaway. Staying here you can accommodate togetherness for your group and opportunities for privacy or smaller conversations.

Experience what Orem has to offer with a stay at our inviting home :) 7 min away from BYU campus, 30 seconds away from Orem mall you are in the center of convenience, boasting 5 minutes from the mouth of Provo canyon where skiing, biking and hiking await you and your family/friends.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on property. $500 fine. No pets $500 fine.

There is a basement apartment separated by a deadbolted door that remains locked at all times which I live in so you may see my family and I occasionally coming and going through the back yard entrance. No driveway parking permitted or access to backyard.

Amazing place, convenient location

Such an awesome place if you have kids!! Game room was a huge hit. Beds are amazing and so comfortable. Water pressure was phenomenal!! Location was so convenient for what we were doing. Such a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for a large family stay.

Great space for family fun

There was plenty of room for our family and lots of fun activities. The putting green in the front yard as well as the game room with pool and ping pong gave us plenty to do when we weren’t out and about. I’d highly recommend!!

Very clean, nicely decorated rooms. We enjoyed our stay! Note that there are only bathrooms and a tiny WC. Two of the bedrooms are far from a shower. The game room is fun, the location is super convenient. They prefer that guests move the trash cans to the curb and back and there are many signs requesting certain behaviors. A great deal for the price.

Parent birthday/anniversary gathering

Nice property with comfortable beds and large table for family gatherings for food and games. Very clean. We came to celebrate our parents and loved our time here. Enjoyed the large television screen and game room with ping pong table and pool table. The “mini-golf” is more of a putting green. Good communication with owner. Would stay here again!
