About this space
This newly renovated hilltop home on a citrus ranch may be 30 minutes from the park but is has a beautiful 360 degree view of the Sierras, surrouding foothills and valley. Amazing views, spacious living, and large pool will be your first reaction when entering this home. The house is perfect for the couple looking for a peaceful retreat, the family looking to play by the pool, or large groups traveling together. We have room for 2-15.

The space
The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The great room has two sitting areas, one to take in the view of the Sierra Nevadas and the other around a 60" flat screen TV. A dining table for 8 and a full kitchen round out the great room. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and TV room with a sectional sofa and 48" TV are adjacent to the kitchen. Outside you will find a large deep pool, fire pit, BBQ, dining table, grass area and carport.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house and surrouding yard and pool.
Other things to note
Note: A 10% tax is already included in the total fees. This tax, required by Tulare County, is paid by the host.

Amazing!

I can't say enough good things about this house and the location. The views were amazing and our stay was so very relaxing. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. When it came time for us to leave and we were having some car troubles, the host even went above and beyond and dropped by to make sure everything was OK.We are already planning to come again soon.

Gorgeous, well kept, clean home. Had everything you need and then some - tons of spices, condiments, cooking oil, ziploc/saran wrap, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, plenty of towels, etc. Plenty of coffee pods for keurig. Pool was absolutely wonderful and very clean - had diving rings for the kids. Kids loved the diving board. Lots of games. Beds were comfy. Beautiful view. Nice location - about 30 min drive to sequoia NP entrance. Wish we stayed here longer. Probably the best rental home we stayed in (and we’ve done a lot!). Hope to be back.

Sequoias Trip

We were 9: 3 teen girls, 3 grandparents and 3 42-53 yrs.. the house was great. Beautiful views. Beautifully kept grounds! Awesome pool and games! We love corn hole. . We had groceries delivered twice when we didn’t feel like going back out! Very convenient!! Beds were very comfortable! We will definitely be back when we have another trip to the area. Amy was very responsive with any questions.
