Such a lovely home, Wayne was easy to reach and quick to respond! We celebrated our daughter’s wedding on Saturday at Monadnock State Park (about 20 minute drive) and had a lovely dinner the night before, there was plenty of room for all of us! Would definitely stay there again!

Great house esp for multiple adults…plenty of space inside and out! Kitchen well stocked-,great location too. Manager was very responsive to questions. We’d definitely rent this property again.

We needed accommodations for a family of 10 close to Aldworth Manor for a wedding. This property was perfect- plenty of space to relax and chill during down times, and a 20 minute drive to the venue. The house was super clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed. The host quickly responded to all questions. Highly recommend.

Quiet and relaxing

Great location for our destination wedding nearby. Spacious home with a nice sunroom. Loved how you felt away from it all yet were very close to groceries, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful Home!

This home was beautiful and offered so many areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. We enjoyed apple picking and hiking while in the area. Wayne was a wonderful host, and we would definitely rent again.

Comfortable, Convenient, and very easy experience

My family gathers every year in a National Park and uses VRBO. This year we gathered for a family wedding. The host was excellent, the place was beautiful, and our stay was lovely. It was one of the best places we have ever gathered as a family.

Wonderful

Great location tucked between trees and a farm, but just uphill from shopping and restaurants. Great and generous host. We all love this place! Splendid in winter and in summer for the whole family

We love the lovely large house and its great location right in the town of Peterborough, but hidden by woods and in farmland. Wayne Dodds is a wonderful host. It's been the perfect place for family get-togethers in both winter and summer..

Just right for a large family

Wonderful Place to Stay in Peterborough!!

We rented this house for a long weekend stay with family. It is a great place for a small family gathering. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Wayne was easy to work with and answered all questions. The house met our expectations and the description was accurate. If the occasion arises for us to stay in the area again, we would not hesitate to rent it again.

Annual reunion

House was large and comfortable with space for everyone. Enjoyed dinners with our group around the dining table. Kitchen is older but works. Played a charades-type game in the living room one evening. Peterborough wonderful for eats, walking and shopping.

College graduation getaway

The perfect property for our family to gather and celebrate our daughter's graduation from Keene State College. Plenty of space for eleven of us and our dog loved seeng all the animals next door! It is also close to restaurants and stores and the college was only 25 minutes away. Wayne was the ultimate host!

Thrushwood

We had a delightful four-night Thanksgiving stay at this lovely, spacious home. There was plenty of room for cooking and eating as well as for finding a nook for a quiet conversation. The grounds are wide open, and my grandson loved going around the circular driveway on his scooter!
