Welcome to The Purple Palm House, a newly-refreshed home located in peaceful Sun N Lake! This property has all the comforts of your own home including a hot tub on the screened lanai, the perfect place to start and end your day. Sleep peacefully in your tempurpedic king-sized bed in the master bedroom with an addition queen in the guestroom. The living room even has a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. With lots of light in every room, you’ll enjoy a comfortable living and dining area, plus flatscreen TVs with Amazon Firesticks in both bedrooms. You’ll also have your own laundry area and a 1-car garage to park your car. Any linens, towels, and toiletries are always included.

Whether you are into golfing the links or watching the races, Sun N Lake is the place for you. Two 18-hole golf courses await you in the neighborhood, and Sebring International Raceway is only a 20 minute drive away. Also to be explored are newly-renovated Downtown Sebring with a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, the multitude of lakes for water enthusiasts, and the endless amount of nature trails to be explored by foot or by bicycle. Highlands Hammock State Park is a favorite spot by locals and tourists alike to observe all of its amazing wildlife. Grocery stores, eateries, and retail stores are conveniently located, and even the hospital is less than a mile away.

We stayed on this property for 10 days in March and we were very happy with everything. It was super clean with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we had many meals there. The hot tub was wonderful. Any questions were dealt with quickly by the host. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, all in all a very relaxing stay. Would definitely bo9k again if we are returning to the area.

Great place

My mother and I stayed here for a quick trip to participate in a Spartan Race. It was really close to the venue (skipper ranch) and lots of restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The hot tub was amazing- just what we needed after our event! Both of us loved the pillows and the beds were comfortable.

This house is great, it is located in a good neighborhood, close to everything, owner is fantastic to work with and house was surprisingly stocked with much to help with cooking which we did each day. It was our first experience staying a week but we plan to make it an annual trip now. Highly recommend "Purple Palm" house.

Birthday surprise

I’d just like to say this house over exceedingly met our expectations!! This home had everything that we could ever possibly think of to make our stay amazing. And to have the opportunity to share our dads 84th with meant the world. I highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for their next home away from home.

Nice house, great hot tub

Only stayed one night, the house is really nice and was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood 2 minutes from hwy 27. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the screened porch. The only issue that we had is our door code didn’t work at 7 am on checkout day. Fortunately we didn’t both leave the house at the same time. I don’t know if this was just a glitch or if this is standard procedure to deactivate the door code early on checkout day
