This is a beautiful, well-maintained property that provides all of the amenities described in the listing and more. All ages in our party from 11 yrs to 80 plus yrs old had a comfortable, fun and relaxing stay. We made full use of the very well-stocked trout pond and enjoyed fresh cooked trout for the whole group with photos to bring home of each kid's proud catch. The lodge readily provides for large and small group dining, conversation and socializing as well as private, quiet spaces for those needing some solitude. Everyone could gather and be seated for meals together with adults enjoying after dinner visiting and coffee while the younger tribe members played board or video games downstairs. The decor is quintessential western lodge and home with large and gorgeous vista views from almost every window. Especially enjoyed watching the "big game" wildlife (moose, white tail bucks, elk) saunter past the front picture windows or swim across the river. Other nearby attractions included the town of Cody and the Buffalo Bill Museum. Our day trip to Yellowstone was a trip highlight second only to the spectacular thunder and lightening storm followed by a brilliant rainbow that awed us one afternoon of our stay. Would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives who are wanting a lovely stay in the "Real West" with all of the best amenities and spectacular natural world close at hand. Families with small children need to be aware of the immediate access to a swift moving, moderate to significantly sized river that this property includes.
