Spacious 3100+sq/ft home with 2.5 baths, 4 bedrooms + large pull-out sleeper sofa to sleep 10+ guests: large king master suite, adjustable queen bedroom, guest bedroom with day bed + trundle bed, and downstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds. Simply and elegantly appointed.

Entertain and relax indoors or outdoors! Beautiful, private garden backyard with covered, luxurious 8-person Jacuzzi hot tub for relaxing your stresses and worries away! Large covered patio, additional flagstone patio with fire pit for soaking up sun or relaxing in the evening, and pergola covered grill area with dual gas/charcoal grill and smoker for the perfect BBQ.

Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem! 2 entertainment rooms both with large screen TVs and surround sound with a modern sectional upstairs and deluxe entertainment recliners downstairs. High-speed, fiber Internet / Wi-Fi provided with a smart TV in every bedroom that support Apple screen mirroring and screencast.

Fully stocked kitchen (with gas range, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and stocked coffee bar), laundry facilities, easy parking for 6+ cars (room for 4 in driveway + 2 at front curb + more), dining room with seating for 6-8, breakfast dining area (seating 4), upstairs pub tables (seating 6+), and exercise equipment (Free Weights, Rowing Machine and Bowflex Treadclimber).

No excuse for boredom! We boast a large (200+) board game library of modern and classic games for avid board gamers of all ages and anyone curious to experience the fun and intrigue that modern board games have to offer!

Our group enjoyed our stay at the rental. Host was clear in communication and rental was clean and well maintained. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the backyard. Good location to town and supermarket and in a nice, quiet area. If in the area, we would rent from this host again.

The home was very clean and spacious. They had nearly everything we needed, and the board games and hot tub made for wonderful family time. The neighborhood was peaceful and respectful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We were there for a wedding and needed early check in because of scheduling. The host was very gracious and gave us a beautiful check in time. We were very appreciative of that. The house is lovely with every amenity you could ask for. I would recommend this home for a visit to Bourne.

The host was awesome, responded quickly and was very welcoming. The home was very cute, cozy, comfortable and clean. We loved the large hot tub and fire pit and I appreciated all the kitchen supplies. A great place to stay for our family’s Thanksgiving!!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate! Great amenities, comfortable beds, and lots of space. Easy booking and check in. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend!

The kitchen was awesome and had everything. It was the center of all the social activities. The living media room kept everyone together with an easy translation to the outdoor living area and hot tub. Location was great and allowed us to hit all of Boerne and the Rim. The host had 2 Christmas tree’s and decorations well appointed thru out the house -It was a very nice welcoming for my son being home on leave. We will be scheduling this home again!

Entertainment galore

We did not spend much time at the house, but if you are looking for a family retreat, there are so many options for activities: Games, TVs, hot tub,workout equipment… It was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful and fully equipped!

This home was beautifully furnished and seasonally decorated. The owners thought of everything you might need. Exceptionally well stocked kitchen that made cooking at home easy. Great outdoor area and large hot tub was icing on the cake!

Excellent

Went to Boerne for a girls weekend and the house had everything we needed and more. The house is fully furnished, the backyard is peaceful and the hot tub was amazing. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and takes about 5 minutes to get to downtown Boerne. Communication with the host was great, sent us all the information we needed ahead of time. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Boerne.

Nice neighborhood but don't recommend.

Nice neighborhood. House is nice. Owner has unreal expectations and they try to charge you extra for general cleaning that is already being charged and included. Also had to ask multiple times for check in information that was not included in the welcome packet. Unclear details in welcome packet on their expectation with what to do with bedding when done, no information where to leave dirty laundry, not enough trash bags to empty all the trash cans, and no information where to find laundry soap and dishwasher soap. Was not below the sink or in the laundry room where one would expect. Owner tried to charge us for not doing laundry and dishes when we had no idea we needed to and there was no detergent. Also accused us of multiple things that were not true to substantiate charging us more. I'd suggest finding a different home to stay in as we've not had one issue ever before with a homeowner and always try to leave a house in acceptable shape and not damage anything.

There were no unreasonable expectations. All supplies were readily available in obvious locations, i.e. under the sink, in the laundry room. No communication from guest. Guest lied as to number of people i party and continued to lie when confronted with proof for the requested extra cleaning charge. This review is unfortunate; however, unsurprising and expected.
