Beautiful Beach Home - Private with Direct Access to Beach & Pool

The bright and cheerful townhome is two floors -
First Level has a well-stocked kitchen, with a small kitchen balcony overlooking the beach from sittingu at the dining table. The kitchen has an open plan layout that lends itself to easy viewing into the dining area and living room.
The spacious furnished living room opens to a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard and facing both beach and pool views. Also on this level is a half bathroom . The Living room is equipped with a pull out sofa bed.

The Second level are the two bedrooms each with king size beds, dresser draws and closet space.
Primary bedroom has a private bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the courtyard with partial pool/beach view.
The second bedroom has a jack and Jill bathroom layout to allow access from outside the bedroom through hallway. (This room also has space to add an additional smaller bed if requested, or blow up bed).
Bedroom has direct view of beach.

Washer & Dryer located in unit - second floor

The ground level is the townhomes garage equipped with parking one small car/suv.
Host will provide garage opener - if lost / not returned a $400 fee will be asked.

Parking: in addition to garage, there is a designated parking space assigned to the townhome and is located right out front of garage. There is also plenty of guest allocated parking on site, including street parking and beach access lot parking.

The townhome comes with the use of beach equipment/accessories, towels, coolers, canopies, beach chairs, hammocks, toys, fishing, snorkeling and so much more. This is available to use at leisure and stored in the garage. We just simply ask for it all to be returned upon departure.

An inventory list of furnishings is supplied within the home.
WiFi / Cable included - this includes streaming platforms.

HEATED POOL - November to April

Kids playground 5 minute walk.
Local Restaurants, Pubs, Bars, breakfast, Coffee, Ice Cream/Candy shops, and so much more all within walking distance.
